The team at Country Properties sold our property and from day one, the communication was 10/10.
From the very first meeting, Sasha was always super helpful and anything that was promised was always delivered.
Once Country Properties secured a sale for us, the time lines to completion that were indicated for the whole process were spot on.

I purchased my property through country properties and from the first viewing until completion they were really on the ball, pushing solicitors to do their thing. They communicated well with me the buyer so that knew what was happening at different stages. I enjoy the whole process of moving but even then it can at times be stressful but country properties were good at distressing. I would use them to sell my property but not for many years yet.

If you are debating which estate agency to put your property up with you should absolutely go with the Country Properties team in Ampthill.

At every single touch point they made the entire experience as easy as possible. We had found our perfect home prior to putting our house on the market and the team made every effort to make our sale happen. I have to give Lynne a big shout out for all the effort she went to in getting our home sold in the time she did. Lynn called me after every viewing with feedback and without her, we absolutely wouldn't be sat in our new home.

Sasha is such a delight to deal with - she made every aspect seem top priority and I was never made to feel that anything was too much trouble. She went absolutely above and beyond...even when it got to daily phone calls for the last few weeks of the sale!

From start to finish the whole process of selling our house was exemplary. The sale went through unbelievably quickly and we obtained the full price we were seeking. Communication was always excellent. Prior to the sale we had been anxious but this proved to be totally unnecessary as everything went so smoothly.

The service that was provided by Jake and Sasha was first class and value for money. I could not find one fault from start to finish, excellent communications and knowledge. I highly recommend.

Sasha and team were great...! It was a short property chain but had a few issues for all parties involved. So the sale took 6 months. Sasha and team kept pushing activities between Estate Agents and at times the Solicitors. Always being professional, with a little nudge in the right direction to keep the momentum up.

Overall a great job. I got the house which was a big move for me. The little welcome present and scented candle name sums it up nicely for me now. "Home Sweet Home...!"

After a recent tragedy in my best friends life I helped her move. Luckily we chose Leysbrook estate agents to handle the sale of her property. However the down side was the property she was purchasing was through Country Properties in Letchworth. The service they provided was extremely poor, in fact it was Leysbrook that did most of the work to ensure a smooth process. I would highly recommend steering clear of country properties.

I have had an amazing experience selling my property with country properties. The Team were extremely helpful even with my purchase which was not technically there responsibility.

All the staff were professional, efficient and friendly. It was my first experience of selling a house and they guided me through the process. They kept in regular contact and were very helpful.

What should have been a fairly simple Exchange had its moments and stress, however discussing the issues with Country Properties, especially Sasha, calmed the situation and gave us the cushion and expert knowledge that was needed to make this a better move!
