Provided affordable quotes without delay, we're available for queries and despite us taking a while to come back to them - life gets in the way - they were happy to assist when we picked it up again. They weren't pushy and we really appreciated their help in arranging life and critical illness cover, something we had put to one side for years as we didn't know where to start. It's reassuring to know now that if anything happens we and our children are fully covered. Would highly recommend. The aftercare service has been fabulous too.

Every person i spoke to was lovely and patient. They understood when I had to rearrange or cancel appointments due to life getting in the way and they weren't pushy with me in those times. They took time to get to know me and what fit my lifestyle best and which policy would be the best fit for me, even if that was the cheapest option. Great service from start to finish, glad I didn't go anywhere else!

Everyone is so friendly and made the whole process really easy. I have a very busy life with little children and lots going on and I forget to do things if I don’t do it right away. They sent me reminders that were helpful but in no way intimidating or annoying. I was glad they were keeping me updated and letting me know they were there to help. So glad I decided to use this company. I don’t have a lot of headspace to do these things but it was very important to me to get it set up and they made it super simple.

They listened very carefully, they were very sensitive about my experience of grief and what I really loved were they asked me what my little boy's name was who had died three years ago, this meant a lot to me.
