There is no cancel after you pay the $1 fee. They will then hit you with a two hundred and ninety nine dollar fee. They claim, they sent the letters out in the same day, so even though I canceled within 24 hours and the contract says the first 3 days, they will not refund me anything. They sent letters out and it doesn't have any other information to go with it. So nothing else will be sent. I waited for days to get phone calls back plus calling them. When you look up other companies, you get them as one of the credit companies to help you. It's not worth it.
You have to pay a $100 a month. And if you tell me, you can't pay, they'll take it down to $59 a month. You have to pay it for the first 3 months, and then they will give you the next 3 months of the monthly payments. For free if you don't have results, but you'll have some type of results so that you won't get any of that back for free. So you only get it for 3 months. And it'll probably take six months. Don't give em a dime. They put my account negative.Because I wasn't expecting the two hundred ninety nine dollar fee.I told him I would call them back and let them know and I call them back the next day and may already charge me the day before

I got hooked up with this company and a man named Chris who wanted me to pay $598 for their “service”. I had to ask what company this was since he never even offered that!! He took my credit card information and said it would be a $1.00 charge to get a third party to connect him to what he needed (Standard something or other). After rethinking, I told him I wanted to cancel and not get in with them. I had a fraud alert soon after about a $24.95 charge to IdentityIQ.com and now my card is blocked since I NEVER authorized this. Credit Glory apparently set up an account with them using all of my information and I am furious about it. I was able to get the account cancelled but I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ever even thinking about contacting Credit Glory!!!!!!!

Dean was incredible! I can't thank him enough for walking me through each step to get me out of it. He's very knowledgeable and understanding, and I would highly recommend credit glory!

As far as a person, I was speaking to did a great job explaining things to me. There was a few few things. I’m a little bit eerie about, but it’s OK.

They are scam artists, lying, false advertising, they totally ripped me off.

This is a scam. They offer to do a service you can do yourself for free. They resolved none of my disputes and keep saying the same thing every month. We sent out the most recent round of letters to the bureaus. I payed for a year and couple months before I realized this wasn't going to get resolved from them.

The person I spoke to was Tony and I told him I did not want their credit monitoring, but he proceeded to charge me $24.95 anyways they are unhelpful when called. They are a scamming company not to be trusted do not ever even use their credit report for a dollar, because then they use your card information without your permission.Terrifying experience - PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I called what I thought was a collection agency, and somehow called Credit Glory. The entire time I was led to believe I was on the phone with the collection agency, but before he would give me *any* information, I was told I had to pay a $1 to pull a current credit report. That alone should've been a red flag but this is unfamiliar territory for me, so I knew no different. The charge on my card was from Standard Scores LLC. According to google, by paying the $1, despite being told absolutely nothing about any sort of subscription or service, that was me authorizing them to charge my card $25 monthly for who knows what. I explicitly stated I do not authorize my card to be charged for anything except that $1 report out of an abundance of caution. I called the number today and they would not give me the name of the company until I mentioned a lawyer, then they finally told me it was Credit Glory. So who knows what will happen with my card going forward, but it was a complete waste of 30m, $1, with deceitful practices and hidden subscriptions. Run away.
