Professional, smooth, trouble-free
Professional, thoroughly informative pick up experience in Chicago. RV was in good shape, provided linens were clean, pots and pans and utensils were all brand new. Everything worked well on our 2600 mile cross country trip in a compact RV. The size was perfect for two adults—don’t think you would want more adults than that—a small kid or two might work. Drop off in LA area (Carson Location) was smooth and friendly. Highly recommended and we will definitely rent again.

Definitely never again
We hired our RV end June till end of July from Worcester. Just outside of Boston.
First impressions when we got into the van that it was old. Asked the company how old it was and stated 4 years old.
We had a lot of issues mostly that it was old and used.
Obviously when each van goes back it’s cleaned and put out again , nothing was maintained, important issues like aircon was filthy filters leading to us both becoming unwell.
Privacy curtains were broken away from the wall, so no privacy at night.
Screws missing or screwed back in at an angle causing scratches when caught on it.
It cost a lot money to hire this and I’ll not recommend or use this company again.
Although we mentioned when we got back our list of 22 issues. I don’t feel they would be addressed, it would just be cleaned then sent back out.
The staff were helpful and offered us a half day refund of $116. Of a $5000 bill.

It feels like a scam.
They should be clearer when making an online phone reservation about the 7-day cancellation policy.
