A very helpful and knowledgeable staff member who dealt with my collection from store.

I ordered online, my order was ready for collection within an hour.
Easy pick up and help carrying my order to my car.

Over the last year I have tried and failed to buy in store: a memory stick for my laptop - the entire display was bare of products several weeks running; a Freesat box - the only one in stock was, I discovered when I got home, incompatible with Sky, the most widespread satellite service in the country (I got a full refund); and today a simple clock-radio which I discovered when I got home was FM only, no DAB. Not worth the effort of visiting a store with zero usable products, and not worth buying online with delivery fees. Will shop elsewhere in future.

PS The stock reply from Currys denies the reality of my experience, classifying it as merely an "impression" - was a human involved in writing this or just AI slop? I have just bought a better clock radio from Argos for less money, and will return the Currys one for a refund.

Helpfull staff at the store. Goods arrived on time as requested, delivery staff excellent!

I returned an iron which had overheated I had a 3 yr warrantee which I paid at the time of purchase a year ago . No quibbles at all I was given a replacement in about 10 mins and still have2 yr warrantee left , excellent service

Our experience in Curry's in Banbury was all down to a very helpful young man named Harvey.Amazing knowledge, not pushy, gave good advice.

Ben did a very good job of identifying my requirements and the laptop was ready for collection on time.

Unfortunately delivery was not available for 6 days - seemed like a long time by todays standards but not critical for us!

Recently purchased am American style fridge freezer from these. The process was easy and simple. Delivered next day. Great service.

Easy transaction

Listened to me and offered me items to suit my budget and requirements. Staff were very friendly and patient. I felt that good customer service was important to them.

The salesman in the shop was good and the delivery/fitters were brilliant. They went above and beyond in their helpfulness.

Waited what seemed an age for a member of staff to service us. Service good when we eventually got served.

Drove over an hour (plus hour back) for a click and collect as product not available for delivery and not in any nearby stores.
Have got home to find I've been given the wrong appliance than what I have ordered.
Whilst I appreciate this is a genuine mistake by the staff member, customer services telephone and chat offer no resolution other than to return to store (not possible), arrange a return and reorder (until I pointed out I'd have to collect from that store again).
Apparently unable to contact the store, yet telesales can't/won't help.

Went in to buy something . Stood at till …5 people behind the counter. Not only completely ignored one of the staff tried to walk through me. Left. Will order from Amazon.

We purchased an iPad and paid for Lewis to help us transferring from our old iPad. This young man gave highly exceptional service he was patient and kind with impeccable manners. I can’t tell you how refreshing it was to be served by Lewis. We noticed his coworkers kept deferring to him on how to process items. We were so impressed he was so patient and kind with the multiple interactions whilst serving us. We asked if he was the manager he answered No. We sought out the store manager to tell him how impressed we were with Lewis and told him he deserved a raise in salary as he is definitely a huge asset to Curry’s.

The guy who served us was extremly knowledgable and friendly. He talked us through all the tv,s we looked at and made it a very comfortable experience.
