Quick simple and effortless

Nile the sales assistant was so helpful and answered all my questions clearly and made everything easy, so that I made the right purchase. Then tech also helped and moved all my old data over and again guided and helped me with all questions. Delighted all round

I had excellant support from a Women, sorry I don't know her name, buying a new Galaxy Tablet and a charger.

Everyone was very heloful and knew their products

I enquired at your Bath store if you had the item. You did not but arranged for it to be delivered there within two days. I received a text that it had arrived the following day. I collected it and very pleased with it as it was £40 off normal price.

Helpful and friendly staff and good experience

I popped in to Curry’s Bath to get some assistance downloading Microsoft 365 on to my new laptop, and a young man called James was on hand ready to help. It took a little time to work out, but James was patient, knowledgeable and best of all sorted it out! Would highly recommend James!

I was standing for ages looking at cell phones but none of the four staff members offered me assistance until I asked for it, too busy talking to each other. The young man who eventually assisted me was very thorough but didn't offer any help to transfer my data from one phone to another. It seemed that once the sale was confirmed, that was it.
I was disappointed that there was so little stock on hand - I wanted a phone there and then, not order it and wait three or four days for delivery so I didn't get the phone or colour I really wanted. Overall not very impressed.

I got good advice on buying new laptop and took time over set up.
One problem though, is that you can’t contact Bath branch directly. I had tried to inform them I had to change set up time but couldn’t. Fortunately when I went in to apologise they had a cancellation next day. Curry’s seem to have really cut back on staff.
Staff there were helpful as far as they could be with not many there.

I wanted to purchase a Sky Glass TV and saw that this could only be purchased from Curry’s or direct from Sky. I wanted to arrange this fairly quickly as the existing tv was completely finished!
I wasn’t keen on Curry’s as my local store is dreadful - lots of staff who never seem to actually help anyone.
This Bath store was so different. I was greeted on entering the shop, and the staff could not have been more helpful. If the staff member did not know the answer (I think he was new), there were other staff members ready to help.
This was an easy and pleasant transaction, which has completely changed my view of Curry’s - certainly for this branch.
