Cory in Currys Belfast (Drumkeen) was extremely helpful, friendly and knew what he was talking about which helped make our decision in the purchase. Very customer focused and lovely to deal with.
The shop had a great selection of items.

Curry's were great to deal with, and no hassle ordering my washing machine, the only down side was the guys who delivered it, they weren't very friendly.

The staff were helpful and knowledgeable about the products i rrquired.

First class service, the sales person was very helpful.

I paid to have my dishwasher delivered, installed and the old one removed. The appliance arrived, the staff informed me that I needed an electrician to install it. I said I paid to have it installed. They said they were a fitter and I needed an electrician. Stated that this happens all the time. I now have one broken dishwasher, and a new one which is not installed. Unhappy customer.
The response to this review was hilarious. They don’t care.

I wanted to buy a Samsung galaxy S26 mobile phone so went to curry's to have a look. The staff member I dealt with was extremely helpful and good to deal with. The phone had been advertised at Argos online at £180 cheaper than curry's were offering. Curry's matched that price so I bought the phone from them. For around £25 they set the phone up for me and transferred everything from the old Samsung to the new. Painless . I would recommend Curry's as their staff are very knowledgeable.

It's unfair I have to give them one star as it's too much for them.

They have delivered the wrong spec of dishwasher to me twice.

I needed a fixed door hinge and they delivered the variable / moving door. They did this despite me phoning them after the first machine was delivered with the incorrect door.

The ''tech help'' was totally clueless, had never heard of a fixed door for an integrated dishwasher, and told me I'd a really unusual spec. Then proceeded to send the wrong type out again.

It turns out I've a standard door, that the vast majority of dishwasher's have.

Two wasted work days waiting for these clowns to turn up. And they have my money for two incorrect machines.

Haven't opened item yet, as it is a gift for someone else, but it arrived very promptly for collection.

Friendly,helpful staff in the store . My tv was delivered on time and the delivery men had it set up in no time , quick efficient service .

Ordered tv about 2pm was able to pick it up during school run about 4pm.

The staff member who served us was professional, helpful, knowledgeable and patient! He was clear we should take our time with the items we were buying and his balance between professional and personable was spot on 👍

Knob on cooker damaged tried to ring customer services and was met with someone who couldn’t speak English!!!!

Ordered online. The big guy with beard at collection counter was beyond patronising. I don't understand why people like this try to make others feel small. Curry's should maybe do some customer service refreshers for staff.

We had an incredibly helpful member of staff called Andrew who was very knowledgeable, thorough, clear and honest throughout the process. Andrew helped us find the right laptop at a price within our budget and helped identify additions within that.
Andrew was both professional and friendly and made the experience very easy.
