Very good demo of different washing m/cs. Very patient and helpful in choosing the right m/c.

I was only there to collect an order. Absolutely faultless customer service from Oliver. It made me realise I should really visit the store more often to get advice and suggestions, before buying. V knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

As soon as we walked into the store,we were greeted with a smile
. When were seen looking at the cookers,a nice gentleman came to assist. He went to see if the item was available., which it was,he then put us with a lovely lady called Arz who dealt with the transaction. She was very polite, informative, made our shopping experience so easy. The store was Bristol

Helpful staff,reasonable choice of products

Curry s web site is user friendly, informative, allows a large selection of product. Purchasing is simple with several options , delivery is excellent .
Objects turn up on the date and time set ir requested. Packaging and old appliance removed. Super delivery men, offering help if required. Highly recommend Curry s .

The help I got from a trainee was superb, it was quick and easy, this was very helpful.

The staff were really helpful and put themselves out to assist. The Curry's website was incorrect in detailing the box contents for the razor i was buying. When the box was opened the travel case was missing. The shop staff checked and ordered another one. This arrived in a similar state so they checked and refunded me without any problem.

So easy to order on website.
I paid for early delivery the TV came on time.
Very good courtsety calls to let me know it was o. its way.
Excellent delivery drivers, who placed the TV where I wanted it.
Follow up emails making sure everything was OK.
I would tell future customers to shop with Currys.

Great service. Polite and quick and helped me load the tumble dryer into my car.

Waiting in all day paid for 9till 1pm delivery but never came . I have to wait until Friday now . Very disappointed it will be four days having to wait

Efficient service with well informed staff.

I bought online. Fast delivery.
I went to the store so I could look at the brush on two different makes of hoover, specifically for removing pet hair from carpet. While the body of the hoover is on display, I could not see the attachments, hose or main brush as these are boxed !!! So a wasted journey. I don’t understand, if the body is on display, where are the attachments etc ???

Helpline was the most horrendous experience ever. Guy wouldnt listen, didnt seem to care and kept asking me to do things i had confirmed i hsd done already. Background noise was rediculous.
The 5 stars is for Lacie at ashton branch who when i visited made purchase of new tv super easy. Good job.

Fab service. The lovely Claudia help me with a collection, she went out of her way to find the item for me. It wasn't in the collection area but it was located out the back & she made my day. Very polite & lovely young girl, thank you very much xx
