Very helpful and quick

The whole extent was very satisfactory

I went in to buy a new printer and asked if they were compatible with my lap top running Windows 10.
I was told no by the sales assistant so ended up buying a new laptop plus mouse and charger in addition to the new printer and also the Care Repair package to cover the laptop. This came to nearly £900.
When I got home I noticed it said on the printer packaging that it was compatible with all Windows 7 up to Windows 11. I was able to connect it successfully to my Windows 10 laptop and everything worked ok.
I returned the laptop and mouse/charger the next day and the sales assistant who sold it to me asked me why. I told him it worked with my Windows 10 laptop and he became very embarrassed but then told me I should keep the laptop as a spare.
I told him no and got a refund for nearly £600.
I am not sure if this is Curry's policy and tactics used to upsell but it is either deliberate dishonesty or indicates a lack of training and product knowledge with their sales staff.
The sale assistant also asked me to score him a 10 when I received an email from Curry's asking to review my sales experience, if not he would lose his 20% bonus for the month.

Easy ordering process although upselling was a bit much. Lots of communication to confirm order and delivery. Delivery went smoothly and guys were respectful of my home. Only down side is the expensive delivery and recycling costs.

Excellent advice from Benny, really knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Covered all my questions, great customer service. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending.

Large selection of Laptops and the assistant was most informative and helpful. Price was good.

The person who served us (Benny) could not have been nicer and more helpful. He was very patient when I was struggling to set up the finance on my phone. When we ran into difficulties he called other members of staff who tried to help. One member of staff in particular had excellent IT knowledge and was able to sort the difficulty which was with my browser. Everything to do with the finance was explained clearly. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys and I would unreservedly recommend.

I'm leaving a review regarding how brilliant a member of staff at Bury St Edmunds branch was today. I purchased a Samsung TV this morning and was served by Becca (name on the till receipt so I assume it's the right person).
She was awesome! She's couldn't have been more helpful and friendly, and she also saved me a £100 on my broadband which I've been intending to sort out for ages!
What an asset to the Bury St Edmunds store and great to see customer service is still alive.

We came into the busy st edmunds store as we needed a new washing machine, as soon as we entered the store we greeted straight away by Ashley & AJ they were super helpful and gave us all the information we needed. The knowledge and recommendation were above and beyond. We were able to get what we needed and walk away the same day as they had stock. Cant recommend these 2 enough amazing customer service :)

I like this retailer, over the years I’ve bought most of my large and small electrical items here.
The staff are always helpful, the shop is bright and well equipped. Lewis was the member of staff who advised me on the particular cooker I bought and he was polite and extremely helpful.

Ive bought an ipad and a cover online with collection in store. The cover was for the wrong model so tried to return in store, but it was refused because the seal was broken. The store manager in Bury St Edmunds was extremely rude to the point that it said loudly a few meters away that this mistake wouldn't happen if it was bought in store. Asked to submit a formal complaint and he told me that I had to contact the call centre. Appalling customer service which led to the first formal complaint,n. 09725947, that I've ever felt the need to do in 46 years.
