Purchased a replacement mobile phone.
Kevin was very helpful from the beginning,he helped me understand the phone and set up. I am not a young person ,so it made the transition to the new phone easier. Thank you.

I paid for recycling of a fridge freezer only one delivery driver was sent. I also paid for installation and recycling of the new fridge but it was left in the box in the kitchen instead which I am unable to unpack myself as I am a pensioner with arthritis am not happy with this service

So easy. To be fair, I knew what I wanted, so I wasn't looking for advice of any kind. What I got, was simply excellent service. First stage may have been automated. Reserved for Store Collection, easy. On arrival, staff were helpful. Item was already poised for collection and the chap who served me did so with a a smile. THANK YOU

Had an outstanding experience for Jabaar from Currys in Friern Barnet very very helpful with a positive attitude and energy. When system was down for Currys he took initiative did everything he can to book our delivery date and succeeded helped us out a lot to select right tumble dryer too when purchasing. All round amazing work.

The hose on my old Dyson hover decided to split and I had replaced it before.
So I decided not to relace it and to buy a new hover. I spoke to two sales assistants in Currys PC world and they were both extremely knowledgeable on the range of hovers within the store.
With all the information on the various types of hovers I decided to purchase a Miele cylinder hover.
I have always bought Dyson hovers however, over the years I have seen a decline in their hover selection.
I have used my new Miele hover and so far so good.

He was extremely patient, polite, and professional throughout our interaction. He took the time to explain everything clearly, listened carefully to our needs, and even went the extra mile by researching whether there might be better options available for us.

As English is not my first language, I particularly appreciated the effort he made to ensure that everything was explained clearly and that he fully understood our questions and requirements. He gave us his full attention, never made us feel rushed, and made the whole experience genuinely pleasant.

Danish is a real credit to your team and truly deserves recognition for his excellent customer service, patience, and dedication. Employees like him make a real difference to the customer experience. Thank you, Danish, for all your help!
