Customer service exceptionally poor
Impossible to contact to get a replacement for damaged in transit goods I've had to go to the shop to be completely patronised by members of your staff at the st Andrews branch in hull
Sent back to take a video of damaged cooker , then as you accepted liability i have to now go back to the store to show them the code its an horrific way of replacement and should be addressed by your company

Very helpful in currys from a nice man called John who knew all his stuff. To the delivery men keeping us informed.

Well where do I start. Firstly bought a Hisense tv from them, with a year after care. Tv apps kept freezing. Rang customer helpline to be told that it will be picked up for repair and that they will leave us another tv, while it's our tv is in for repair. Guess what, no tv left, as was told. And we have to wait a week for our tv

I purchased a new 55" Samsung Smart TV on 3rd October 2026 from your Hull branch at a cost of over £400 only to discover at set up that the BBCiplayer app was not available to download. I returned to the store less than 48 hours later to be told that there was a contractual issue with Samsung and the BBC and that the app will be available for download in due course. I then requested a full refund as BBC is one of the channels l watch the most.
l was not made aware of this issue by staff at the time of purchase, if l had been then l would not have made the purchase and chosen another make of Television. I was then directed to the customer service desk and told that because l had set up the TV then l was not entitled to a refund which is bizarre because l wouldn't have discovered the issue had l not set it up.
I am not a happy customer and feel l have been mislead. l have made numerous purchases from Curry's over the years, however l will now review my purchase options going forward.

Zack 25 very helpful. Assisted as I didn't know exactly what I was looking for. Located area of store, checked what I needed and found the right appliance for the job and then helped to load it into the car.

Ordered a Cream Kenwood food mixer, waited 2 days for it to reach the Hull Store 2322. Went to collect and they had sent the black one instead. Hopefully soon Curry's will leave the high street! 😡 Thanks to Argos I did get one ❤️

PATHETIC SERVICE FROM CURRYS.

Ordered on 13 sep, delivery was 18th but not delivered

Tracking since 17 Sep says: "We've received your order details, but have not yet received your parcel". Means Currys printed label but NEVER gave parcel to DPD.

Waited since Thursday, no delivery, no update. Tried many times to speak to an agent on live chat - no success. No customer service at all.

Had to cancel my order.

Avoid Currys online if you want your order on time. Disgusting

Quick, efficient and professional

Purchased different items (washing machine, fridge/freezer, Apple AirPods 4 ANC) in Currys in the past 18 months (St Andrews Quay) and service was excellent from start to finish. The team weren't aware that the washing machines may deviate slightly from their advertised dimensions, but they were very helpful when I questioned if the height / width / depth would differ at all from the store options to the one delivered, which it didn't. The washing machine has fit snugly into the gap in my kitchen. The two who delivered and installed the washing machine and fridge/freezer were clean, quick, efficient and were chatty too. Great service overall, and I'm glad to see an improvement after a very poor experience previously that I had with a laptop and their warranty, which did eventually get resolved to a satisfactory level.

We had brilliant help from Dave very informative and explained the difference between the other washing machines.
