Why only 3 stars I hear you ask? Quite simply because after buying a new all-in-one desktop computer and buying the setup package and me picking it up today. And the lad in the store who was setting up the computer getting the last few details off me to finish setting it up, and me taking the computer home and plugging it in and the screen asking me for a PIN, and after several attempts to put in what I thought was the PIN (turns out it was an email password), and me getting a video call with a tech guy called Kevin, and trying all kinds of 4 digit combinations, we came to the conclusion the setup guy is a DIV! for not telling me the screen unlock password! I now have to drive back to the store tomorrow to get the 4 digit pin, so he had better be working tomorrow!

Went for a replacement microwave. Shopped on the curry's website site first decided on the one we liked checked the stock then went to purchase it.was in the store for mabye 15 minutes , great shopping experience and a quick and easy transaction, thank you curry's.

Dorian and the other staff were amazingly helpful, with great knowledge about laptops,and no pressure style. Dorian asked a few qns and walked me through the options, and didn't try to upsell me. The laptop that was right for me was out of stock, and a gentleman there with a cool name (probably Dante but can't remember) managed to ring around and get me the store display model. Top guy. Dorian managed to actually get me a significant reduction, walked me through the interest free credit options, and actually gave me a reduced price for the insurance. It really was a good deal. And now I have a laptop that does everything I need without sounding like a jet engine! Thank you Dorian, thank you Currys staff!

Have ordered from curry's multiple times, eashing machine, fridge freezers hair and beauty products, thier so friendly the staff, really helpful, happy with purchases, easy to reach out for help or any questions online and quick responses. Delivery was 100% friendly respectful and helpful 😊👍

Great dedication from the delivery guys, they hadn't been told about the door swap on our new fridge freezer but saved the day by flying through the process quickly and efficiently.

Great customer service offered. Told the assistant what i needed showed me some options and prices. When I asked some questions explained simply so there was no confusion.
Because of that experience and knowledge I was able to buy my washing machine on that day. It’s now due for delivery four days later.
