Went to look for appliances required after moving into a new house - one bring a new television- not intending to actually purchase anything that day - after seeing what appeared to be an excellent buy - confirmed by what the assistant was telling me - I decided it was too good to miss .The transaction was smooth and efficient with various warranties explained...I left the team to pack the tv returning about 30 mins later to find it wrapped really well ...excellent service - will return soon for washing machine and fridge freezer.

I experienced very helpful advice in store followed by an excellent experience ordering on line. Delivery was first class, on time and informed of time of delivery, Delivery crew were excellent. I know I can always rely on Curry's for service and reliability having purchased a variety of goods from them over many years.

Things were straightforward and easy to follow

Easy to order, kept up to date on when the product would be in.
Staff member (sorry, I can't remember his name) was great and informative.

Side note: I do think it was too easy to pick up. I just had to know the last four digits of my card. I do think that the order number or a code should also be used.

Available to collect on date promised and no waiting for the shop personnel to deal with me they were straight on it. In and out in 15mins

Very good staff service. We were seen promptly in the shop and advised of the washing machine models available. We were also advised of the half-price slightly damaged models on offer. The chosen item was delivered on time on the agreed day. Both of the staff wo dealt with us in the shop were friendly and knowledgeable, as were the delivery team.

All went according to plan. Your staff all went the extra mile resulting in me happily spending £700 when I intended to spend £400! How is that for service?

Yes you can get some sort of version of what you want … eventually, at the retailers convenience, if the staff are not too busy and you don’t mind waiting a bit. (Eight staff, four customers in shop, and I had to shout over balcony to get someone to even notice the sale) They will of course find time to try to sell unnecessary extra insurances and gather consumer data rather than spend time insuring product fits customer need. You will then be charged for delivery because the retailer doesn’t actually carry the stock you’d like to buy and take away, there and then. When the delivery arrives it will again be at a date and time of the retailers choosing subject to their convenience and availability.
Personally I never minded paying extra for genuine customer service and staff with real product knowledge but this is not that sadly.

Awful.
The staff don’t care, they walk around talking to their friends on their phone.
They don’t actually want to help .
I’ve just witnessed a staff member talking to their friends on Snapchat.
No member of staff wants to actually offer advise they all walk round with their heads down past any member of the public.
Management need to take a look at their staff and sort them out

Easy to find on the website and purchase online. Easy pickup. Prices and choice were excellent. I will use them again.
