Very polite and helpful

Went to see what tvs i could have to replace a duff sky glass 55 inch. Awesome service from 2 guys who got me one mother loving kick ass hisense tv and surround system. They were a credit to curry's.

Ended up ordering the wrong item sized item. Didn’t have much if any knowledge of what I wanted to know in order to sell the product- personal hygiene wasn’t great and made the interaction challenging at best

Pleased to say a new washer dryer was delivered within the expected time frame. The driver quickly unpacked and moved the machine into our kitchen, where a technician had it up and running within 15 minutes. What more could you ask for?

Great customer service by a young lad took his time and very patient with me explaining everything which helped me to decide what I wanted to purchase

I went into curry’s in hedge end to purchase some headphones for uni, at the till I was asked if I wanted to add a protection plan, I said no and was double asked so I agreed as the man explained it to me and made it seem like it was worth the £2 a month, he said I could cancel it on my bank or phone up whenever I wanted to cancel it, I decided to cancel it just over two weeks after purchasing as it offers me no benefits at all really and they have sent me a letter saying that I have to write a letter to them to cancel my payment plan, they also lumped the £2 fee onto the full total of the headphones which means I am unable to cancel it through my bank.

We were served by Melvin, who was very helpful and knowledgeable as well as being polite and considerate. He gave good advice about which laptop would be suitable, and then offered options for upgrading the warranty, without being pushy. He knew that a separate connector would be needed and didn't try to sell me the most expensive version!

Purchase was easy however collect in one hour wasn't available until the next day.

The young lady was training and did all she could to ensure my questions were answered and she secured me a small discount. Very impressed with her customer service.

We purchased a cordless Shark vacuum from the Hedgend store. I showed the assistant which one I wanted on the shop floor and he returned with a box. Very quickly taking my details the transaction was completed. I went home very happy until I started to unbox it. I had been given a completely wrong, corded Shark vacuum which happened to be the same price. We had to wait till the next morning to return it. I was anxious that they wouldn't except the return but after we explained what had happened a refund was issued and the new purchase was made.
The 1st member of staff didn't double check the item not did he read the terms to the payment scheme. The whole 1st process was quickly rushed.
Luckily the issue was resolved easily but may have been more difficult for someone else to return.

Ordered on line, reasonable price . Collected from store within an hour. Was kept informed of collection time . All in all everything worked and went according to plan.’

Had a problem with a microwave , under a year old,so covered by gaurentee. Problem dealt with quick and efficiently and an exchange sorted immediatly. Great service. and I will continue to shop at Currys

Wanted to buy a TV
Found the one I wanted for sale via 2 Google searches, by Currys
Called Currys, no direct customer enquiry option, but held after all options unused = a rep did answer
Asked if they had the TV I wanted in stock (as advertised in more than one place by Google) = NO not in stock.
Asked about my 2nd choice (also know to be on sale at Currys) = YES have them in stock
Asked if they had one in stock at my prefered branch = NO.
Asked to use the advertised service "we can get any item we have in stock to any branch for you to collect in ONE hour" = NO can only get it there in 2-3 days !
Rubbish service v advertising.

My daughter ordered instore a laptop last tuesday. From the hedge end store. Promised delivery on wednesday the next day to are home address. It never showed. We waited till Saturday as it was getting beyond a joke. She bought it for work.
Went into hedge end store and told to phone a number which i did instore and got basically told nothing she could do. Customer services.... she said i can give you a £10 voucher for the inconvience but no laptop.
Told to wait till arrived. Or cancell and could take a month to get a refund.
I ask for refund and was point blankly refused as I did not have the £900 laptop. We called into dpd in hedge end on Sunday afternoon and they dont have it even though the email update said it arrived around 5am Wednesday morning. Someones lies.
So i would not trust them at all especially delivery. Only buy instore and take it away with you or walk away.
