Everything was quick and efficiently

Great service as usual

Having purchased a LG Smart TV which I was lead to believe was a good brand i started to have problems where the tv screen would go blank with a message saying. ‘Your TV will restart in a while to free up more memory’ this Would happen 5-10 times a night so I contacted Curry’s and the said I needed to book it in for a repair and if it could not be fixed I would have a voucher for a new tv. So it went to repair and I got a phone call saying ‘it a normal fault with LG tvs so we are going to return your tv to you’d till with the same problem I asked about the ‘Voucher’ they said I could have to replace this tv and they said’no we are just bringing the tv back’ the left hand doesn’t know what the right one is doing I will never have another LG tv and I hope this helps people who are looking at purchasing LG tvs . If curry’s knew there is a common fault why sell them to customers who are unaware of this

Range of appliances to choose from, excellent service from the staff who the trouble to explain everything

My order went through great, I chose delivery to store as I was working 12.5 hour shift. However, delivery to store should have been Friday, we are now past that, and i still have not had an email to say I can collect my £900 laptop that is a birthday present for my partner. Awful service

Assistant 46 Judith was great. Very informative on washing machines and I’m happy to purchase and looking forward to using.
She Gave many options to arrange delivery dates and times. The whole process was quick and efficient. I would always recommend Curry’s at Festival Park to friends and family. Thank you.

Man in charge of entertainment was great, young lady as well, took a bit long for item come out of stores roughly 20 mins.

Good communication and all round service

Collections desk unstaffed, had to ask for someone to come quite a few times. Eventually a 'human robot' came to serve me - cold, emotionless, monotone, no interpersonal skills, and acted like I was in the way of him getting on with his job - whatever that was at the time. Really, with so many people unemployed, is this the state of Curry's customer service offering? Not a shop any longer, but a warehouse staffed by robots.

Assistant told me when collect printer the ink in the box will only last 5 sheets as its a test only. Told me to spend 38 to buy new. Bought new colour and b&w 575 576 and when home realised didn't give me free sheets that where on canon box of ink. Rang store direct totally insulted when explained me issue. Assistant told me when I questioned him replied I must be stupid or his mic had broken. I heard everything. Had drive back gave ink back as refund and am buying elsewhere.

Quick and reliable service with good communication

Good sales man, who explained the facts, so I understood.
Help with the delivery.
The delivery van was scheduled,
on arrival they unboxed the fridge and placed it where I wanted it.
They took the packaging away.
The fridge is perfect.

So this isn't my first experience with currys, but I've found that their application for credit is easy to use, decisions is quick and easy, updates on delivery is outstanding, from the point of ordering, the text which gives you an accurate delivery time, means you can plan things around your delivery meaning your not tided to the house all day, you can request certain days at checkout which is very helpful

Great service staff made everything so easy down to taking my recently purchased TV to my car. Many thanks to you all Ray.
