Good product but not easy to link to my WiFi. Excellent young man helped me over the phone etc

Staf need more and constant training with features of products . I told staff I was hard of hearing and wanted a suitable phone that I could hear the ring tone from a caller , Ibought the phone recomended and the power of the volume on the hand set is near to usless for me it is very weak even for any one with good hearing. The other item bought was a fridge freezer and was not told before or after of the delivery charge or have it explained to me the cleaning kit given is chaged also. I was under the impression it was one of those comlimentary add ons that companies throw in when one purchases with purchases sometimes.

Warm welcome on entering store. Explained what I needed and was taken directly to appropriate display by a colleague who explained the options. Made my choice, purchase was all dealt with quickly and efficiently but in a polite and friendly manner. Well done everyone especially Isla

Very attentive and knowledgeable salesman

I bought a laptop 3 days ago, and tried to return it, but was told it was company policy that they wouldn’t accept the return. I was told at purchase that everything I would need was In the box, after opening the box I discovered there was no charger. So couldn’t charge it, I then decided I didn’t need a new laptop after all and could muddle through with my old one but they wouldn’t accept my return as the box had been opened. It hadn’t even been taken out of the film it’s wrapped in, but they deem it unsaleable. It was also purchased on a finance plan, which they said I could cancel after I had paid for the item in full. I think this is completely unreasonable. You're allowed to return them if purchased online, but not in store.
The staff were kind and patient and offered a free charger, but I just don’t want the laptop now. I feel I was mis-sold it in the first place and then confronted by this very unfair policy. I will never buy from Curry’s again having spent thousands with them over the years on a whole host of items.

Misleading information and incredibly unhelpful

I bought a laptop for uni, already paid way more than I was originally willing and spent all summer saving up for it, it was in stock when I bought it but when I call to ask when it was getting to the store as it was meant to be Saturday and was now Tuesday only to be told it was now out of stock and that I couldn’t get a refund before I got the laptop which I can’t do because the laptop is apparently now out of stock, they were very poor when I asked for suggestions on what to do and kept repeating the same thing, now I don’t have a laptop to start uni with nor my money.

Will be warning everyone away from buying from curry’s and making sure I get my money back and honestly it should be with compensation as well.
