Great service ,staff was very polite and helpful

I’d really like to take a moment to leave a well-deserved review for the lovely gentleman who assisted me with my iPhone purchase at Currys.

As soon as I walked through the door, he was there and ready to help. I simply asked if I could please have the iPhone, and he promptly went and got it for me without any fuss or hesitation. The whole process was handled so efficiently and professionally, which made the experience incredibly smooth from start to finish.

He was polite, friendly, attentive and genuinely a pleasure to deal with. What stood out to me most was the excellent level of customer service — he made me feel valued and looked after, rather than simply being another customer.

It’s refreshing to come across someone who takes such pride in their work and conducts themselves with such professionalism and courtesy. He is an absolute credit to Currys, and I sincerely hope his efforts are recognised.

Thank you once again for your excellent service. I left the store extremely happy with my new iPhone and, more importantly, very impressed by the way I was looked after.

I exchanged my Xbox controller for a new one through the cover I have on it as it had stuck drift. The person that served me was top class and got it sorted within a few minutes. Credit to that member of staff

Wisbeach sorted our purchase after kings Lynn branch couldn’t. Very disappointed that kl couldn’t sell us a tv stand even though they had 3 on the shop floor!

Ordering of the product very easy helpful staff when i went to collect couldnt fault the customer service i recieved perfect.

Checked on line that the item was in stock at my local Currys. Called in to find none on shelf. Asked a member of staff to check. His reply was if none on the shelf then we don't have any. Went home, looked on line. 3 in-stock. Placed an order for click and collect. Notified within 10 minutes to say ready to collect. This meant another trip to collect. Mentioned this to a member of staff. Wasn't very helpful.

Easy to order online. Staff member who served me was very polite cheerful and even carried my vacuum out to the car for me. Top marks. Thank you.

Everything amazing

The installer VINCE went out of his way to ensure our new single oven was fitted correctly & securely and made the necessary changes for this. Vince was extremely professional, courteous and friendly. a real professional.

Well trained Staff providing a very high service to both customers and company giving faith in the products.
On collection from store the good service continued.

Till was on slow so took longer for pickup. Staff friendly but previous day couldn’t pick up order as power cut in branch so had to leave- couldn’t enter store . Thought item advertised with charge unit but only lead which is why I have only given 4 stars !
