Quality is good comfortable

I ordered two items 11 days ago and I haven’t received anything yet, not even an e-email telling me when I can expect them to be delivered

I placed order on 28th Nov but till date neither I got any email of order confirmation nor tracking details. From my paypal I got My transaction ID is- 09T760954V491844P

Received nothing. Ordered 12 days ago, no response to emails. If you can't deliver something, don't offer it. Now our daughter ordered something here and is very disappointed. She sent an email saying it would take longer, but no, no response. Please refund the money and quickly, otherwise I'll come and get it. Scammers.

Lack of communication. Zero customer service. Actively obstructing a return and refund for items ordered (totalling £100).
This is unlawful and unfair trading. This company needs reporting to Bundeskartellamt and will be if we do not recieve any further communication regarding our return. We have been offered a free returns label, after initially being told to arrange and pay for our own postage which was unsuccessful as you have refused to collect the item from the designated collection point, but this was an empty offer. I have emailed twice to request the free returns label, but have had absolutely no response, even though you claim to respond within 24 hours. It's been two weeks since I queried our return and whilst on the odd occasion I have recieved a reply, nothing was specific to my return and of any use. Reiterating your returns process in general when specific questions and requests have been put forward is not customer service, and in any way helpful.
You have an obligation to enable customers to return unwanted items in the legal time frame (14 days) and all you have done so far is obstruct us from the refund we are entitled to. If you do not respond to emails and enable us to return the item successfully, this will be referred to the relevant authorities as a criminal act on the company's part.

I reviewed Cusbclo six days ago informing them there was a missing item from my order. The customer service for Cusbclo remains totally non existent. I have now emailed them on eight separate occasions over the past 21 days without reply (yet they promise reply in 24 hours). The phone number they advertise to use does not work, this I have tried more than 25 times. I have contacted them via WhatsApp on 15 occasions, I initially had some replies that informed me they were looking into my claim. Unfortunately now, I haven’t received a response to my last 3 WhatsApp messages. I am now in a process of a chargeback dispute with my credit card provider, it’s a total shambles. My only advice would be -Avoid purchasing from this company.

I was buying also other brands but I have to admit, this is the best one in terms of quality and delivery. Well done.

I had no package deliverd so please send my daughter a new item of pay my money back it is a christmas cadeau and now we have nothing deliverd at home from you my daughter is crying now we pay 87 euro’s and i will the items or my money back please

Items are good quality, but I'm really struggling with any kind of customer service. I have sent back clothing am waiting on a refund of £100. I have been trying to contact Cusblo as the items are awaiting collection from their postal service, however, despite numerous attempts to call, I cannot speak with anyone and my emails are not being answered. I will happily change my rating of this company if they can step up and provide adequate customer service, but I'm currently very dissapointed. It feels like I will never receive the refund and it's proving to be quite stressful getting anywhere with my return, and more importantly receiving my refund of £100.

I note the reply from Cusblo, and this doesn't accurately reflect the service I have received. I have received vague responses to my emails that only repeat how returns and refunds are processed in general. Nothing of use or that is specific to my returned parcel and they have failed to answer my queries directly.

I have also now received a response that is again of no use and will only hold up my return and refund further (I now need to wait for my parcel to be returned to the UK as they will not collect from the parcel office it has been redirected to after an attempted delivery), and only now have they offered a returns label (this could have been offered and sent when I first emailed about my wish to return the items). Really disappointing and very stressful experience so far, that isn't even over yet.

The qualities is really good and the fit is perfect and the delivery time is also really good and honestly I was very satisfied with my order

I ordered the Rich Red Tracksuit and the Pink Zip Up Hoodie from Cusbclo. The designs looked great and felt nice at first, but after wearing the tracksuit just once, the inside fabric started coming loose everywhere. Tiny fibers and wool from the inside covered my socks, T-shirt, and even spread all over my house. The tracksuit itself became completely covered in this shedding. For the price, I expected much better quality. Very disappointed, the inside material simply doesn’t hold up at all.

My son loves this brand the quality is amazing on my first order I did have a slight issue with one of my items taking a while in which I did contact customer service the reply wasn't very helpful with one basically saying nothing they can do I must contact the courier company but then had a reply from a different member of staff who was extremely helpful and helped track my order and it actually was delivered that day. Staff you employ really do make a difference to companies but all in all very happy with the brand .

Fast delivery and great quality hoodie and joggers

Amazing delivery time, amazing quality and detail couldn’t ask for any more, fits very well (5,11 size S), good to contact and easy to get around even with a language barrier, definitely re buying soon.
