I ordered a tracksuit from there in may and they sent me 2 pairs of joggers but in different sizes. The shipping was very complicated because they just couldn’t put my number on there. I returned one pair to get a hoodie in return. And once again there were problems with my shipping because they just couldn’t put my number on the package and it took a MONTH. I just received my package and guess what was in there? JOGGERS ONCE AGAIN!!! I told them many times to send me a hoodie but they just couldn’t and also reminded them to put my number on the package. Horrible brand never order

If I could give zero stars I would.
My order arrived with a pen mark. It was returned to them a month ago and I still haven’t received the replacement or a refund. I email almost every day with no replies other than on to say my original order was delivered. I have called but it always says the call can’t be taken. I have sent emails asking them to call me back but nobody has. Worst customer service ever.

If i could give one star I would, Just dont buy from here their customer service is ridiculous they dont reply to emails. My order was sent for return and it stayed there for a month now its coming back to me because none collected it.

Return process
The clothing is good quality but it isn't clear how to return the order. The tracksuits did not fit and I am struggling to figure out the return process.
I hope cubsclo can help me with this since I want a refund.

Hallo, der Versand innerhalb Deutschlands beträgt 2-4 Tage. Für Sendungen außerhalb Deutschlands kann die Lieferzeit ein wenig mehr Zeit in Anspruch nehmen. Laut Sendungsverfolung wurde dein Paket aber am 17.02. erfolgreich zugestellt.:)

terribly organised returns process
The product arrived quite quickly however the returns process is very poorly organised. The website is very unclear and basically infers you must sort the returns out yourself. When you’re not from Germany shipping abroad is much more confusing.I understand I must pay the fees for returning it but a way to send it back should be provided like with every other online shop i’ve ordered from. I attempted to send the parcel back with EVRI however there was taxes requested and it was sent to Cusbclo and there was no answer. I tried to contact them during this time but yet again no response. As there is such a short period for refunds I am not sure I will even be able to return it in time. With the cost of the product I will be very unhappy if this is the case as I have attempted to send it back.

Ordered a tracksuit September 2024. They sent me the wrong thing. It took them 2 months so refund me after loads of emails. I bought the tracksuit again on 20/01/24 I still haven’t received it. No update, no refund CUSBCLO are completely ignoring all of my emails. I’m so disappointed. ( order no. 151091)

Der Support arbeitet auf Hochtouren daran, alle Anfragen schnellstmöglich zu beantworten. Deine Bestellung vom 20.12. konnte laut DHL nicht zugestellt werden und du solltest von DHL eine Benachrichtigung erhalten haben.:)
