They were fantastically helpful, answered all my questions, and, when I realized I made a mistake in my order, were willing to work with me to correct it. Product quality is excellent as is the customer service.

So far the experience has been fantastic! Their website was pretty easy to use, ordering was quick. Immediately received a response from Bernie on my "special request". He responded quickly to my asks and now I can't wait to see the final products ordered! Thank you!

This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. promised 6-9 days, going on day 20 now, nothing. Requested quick ship, not shipped at all. Called to get a refund, refund not granted. Needs to be authorized by a manager, manager isn't available. Not registered in the Better Business Bureau so no rating there. Terrible business. They spend a ton of money on advertising and getting their business advertised but their actual service is trash! Do not buy from them unless you like getting ripped off!

This has always been my favorite site for custom apparel. I love the design quality (no issues with fading, even after years of wearing & washing!), the prices are reasonable for single item designs, and the promos and free shipping are great. I had an issue for the first time where the site said my order was shipped, but I had only received two out of the seven items ordered. I emailed them, and Bernie was wonderful in tracking down the missing pieces. He followed up several times throughout the process, and was extremely helpful. Another reason this is my favorite site! If I had to critique one thing, it would be the selection of blank items to choose from compared to other similar sites. I can always find something here, but more variety means I can order more stuff!

Placed an order on April 12th, today is April 21st my order hasn’t been shipped or even started. Instead of apologizing they try to deflect. No accountability really disappointing experience they then cancelled my order on April 22nd, haven’t received a refund any explanation as to why. Do not shop with them

First, I was very pleased with the quality of the printing and the quality of the material.
Then, I noticed a slight error in the print. So, I contacted the company, and I was happy to receive a response from BERNIE.
Long story short, he quickly rectified the matter in a very satisfying manner.

I've made a few purchases and have always been satisfied with my purchase. With a recent purchase having a defect on one hat they were so quick to offer a replacement or my money back. Much appreciated.

Bernie provided excellent service, making sure I understood the process with prompt and informative responses. He ensured I had a good experience and helped me correct a design issue that would have left me unsure if I would return as a customer. I placed two orders, one on 11/22/24 & one on 12/09/24, with estimated arrival dates before Christmas, one on 12/12/24 & the other on 12/20/24, but neither has arrived. When I contacted them on 12/12/24, as I needed the first items for a party on 12/15, they said there was a "production issue" and they would be late. But they would give me a 30% refund and ship them on the fastest shipping possible when complete. It is 12/23/24, no additional information has been provided, and no refund has been processed. I checked in on my second order on 12/21/24 and was told it was also running late, and no additional information was provided. So, two orders are late, one over a month (it was only two workout jackets). They ran into a production issue, and without proactively letting me know so I could plan accordingly, they were quiet, and I had to contact them. I probably won't use them again unless these products are unbelievably amazing when/if they arrive.

12/24/24 Update: I received an email from customer service that my order shipped. I looked at it, and was not at all surprise to find that it was shipped DHL ground vs. their fastest shipping option. I wrote back to customer service to confirm and ask why it wasn't shipped at the better shipping option and to let them know my refund hadn't been processed. I was told they tried to accommodate my "request," but there was an issue and that my refund was indeed processing. I let them know I didn't request it, but these two resolutions were extended to me. Lo & behold, minutes after that exchange, I received a notice that my refund was being processed and it would take up to 7 days. Ugh! So, they didn't follow through on either of their resolutions. No matter what the product looks like, I will figure out an alternative company to order from next time.

When I placed the order 2 weeks ago, it said it would arrive on 12/20. It says that online as well, but it also shows the status as "In Production". I called and they told me in won't even ship out for a few days, so I won't get it until after Christmas. This was a gift for my daughter's gymnastics coach, and everything else I ordered elsewhere arrived on time except for this item. So now, I can't give her the gift basket before the holiday which all the parents were expecting. I'm so incredibly disappointed. Had I known this was such a sketchy company, I would never ordered from them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

UPDATE: finally arrived 2 days after the holiday and the quality is absolute shite. So pissed.
