DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, i have not received my order after two months of waiting and they do not reply to emails and no contact details on their website.

AVOID! It is a scam. I paid and never received anything yet emails or my order. Very disappointed

There are other genuine site’s recommendations do the research before you pay. If you paid with pay pal you can get your money back through their resolutions centre.

I’m in the same boat as the most recent reviewers- I placed my orders a month ago and they have not turned up, with no response to my email about their whereabouts. I have just sent another.

I responded to an email for a special deal they put out. Haven't arrived after months of waiting.

I have ordered from this company several times over the years and always successfully. I’ve been waiting for three weeks for my current order but feel a bit uneasy this time. The contact email address has bounced back as not found and I see that Facebook has no new posts since May 2025. I also can’t log into my account on their website. I will keep waiting but we’ll go and buy another colour elsewhere in the meantime.

Avoid this company. It seems to be a scam.

I’ve had zero contact from them since placing an order 14 days ago, and today I attempted to contact them and the email bounced straight back to me, and the phone number from the website appears to not be in use.

If they are actually a genuine company, they certainly aren’t the least bit professional. I’ve requested a refund from PayPal.

Stay right away. Not a reputable company anymore. Didnt receive items. They didnt reply to emails. Paypal must be aware of them as they instantly refunded.

I ordered three dog collars on 31/8/25 and having thought the company had gone out of business, they arrived, to my surprise, today 11/10/25. While it has taken 2 months for them to arrive and while it seems impossible to get through to the site's contact details, the collars themselves are just as good as they have ever been (I've bought several previously) and are of very good quality - very pleased with them. Without the huge delay I would have give 5 stars.

I agree it seems this place is a scam. I placed an order 31st August and have heard nothing from them since, despite multiple enquiries and attempts to follow up. Don't waste your money.

Update, order arrived 9/10/25, item/s seem sturdy and functional. Not within the 2/3 wks as stated, and non contactable had me worried.

I’ve now received the collar and wanted to update my review.

Positives:
The collar is absolutely beautiful — excellent quality and craftsmanship. I’m really pleased with how it looks and feels.

Negatives:
The lead time was over four weeks, which would have been fine if there had been better communication. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive any order confirmation or dispatch updates, and the listed contact email and phone number didn’t appear to work. This left me unsure what was happening with my order.

It’s a real shame because the product itself is lovely, but the lack of communication and working contact details lets the experience down.

To add to the confusion, PayPal refunded me before the collar arrived, so I now need to figure out how to make payment for the item I’ve received!

Order placed 30/08/2025 and item still not received. Email and phone details not working to contact. Opened dispute with my bank to try to get my money back. Ordered from this company previously in 2023 with no issues, so assume they have ceased trading or something

Ordered over 4 weeks ago. Went to email them to chase up to discover it doesn’t work. I remember ordering in the past (years ago) and it took a long time so expected it again, but now assume they either don’t exist but still take the money or they really are just terrible at getting these shipped out. With no way to contact them I guess I’ll see if it ever shows up!!

The custom text was placed under a buckle making the phone number unreadable and therefore the collar is useless. They waste 35mm of space before the embroidery starts, which would have avoided the problem.

Phone number embroidered under the adjustment buckle so illegible! I have previously ordered before and after sending 8 emails , they finally responded and admitted it's embroidered differently and can see it's wrong but basically, tuff luck! They won't correct or refund despite agreeing with me. Won't order from them again.

Really bad service. Didnt got everything i ordered and delivery took ages.

No item arrived within the already long delivery dates provided ( or afterwards for that matter). Two emails looking for an update remain unanswered. In the end I got a refund via PayPal

Ordered 2 collars keep emailing them and phone calls ignoring all , still not received anything from this company absolutely disgusting now going to deal with my bank to get my money back
