So disappointed with this company,I am yet to receive a lead that I ordered & payed for ,initially helpful & then ignoring all my emails & the phone number they give is always unavailable.

I ordered 2 collars for my cats and love them, I love how they're adjustable so they can grow with your babies 🤗❤️
The only thing that was not right was the clip as I wanted a firm one not a safety release one as my cats are smart and will get them off lol

Very happy with our purchase!
We purchased the XL which is usually a tight fit in other brands on our dog but the custom pet collar has plenty of room for growth!
It’s great quality, looks fabulous and delivery was quick!

It was only natural then to order a new one for our latest rescue dog, Cecily.
She is delighted with it.

I have two dog and have recently purchased a fourth collar for each dog from Custom Pet Collars.
They have always been good quality and fit, I always keep an old one as spare for when current collar is being washed, and they have all lasted years.
Recently I purchased the tactical collar for my boys and one arrived in the incorrect colour, I emailed so say that there was an error on my order and Gracie was more than helpful to get this rectified.
I will always use this company as the quality is brilliant, items last as well made, they have a good variety of types and colours.

This is the 4th lot of collars I have bought. They always seem comfortable and wash up well.
With having your telephone number embroidered on the collar it easily enabled someone to contact me when one of them escaped from the garden

Took a wee while to arrive (not ages) but as they are custom made thats to be expected. They are well worth the wait. Super comfy on my dogs and strong too so I wont worry about them breaking. I highly recommend this company thanks again

Love my dog collars and cafe leads. I have to tie my dogs up when feeding the horses, so easy with the cafe leads. I also like the embroidered details, as my dogs are very active and dog tags just don't last. I've bought from custom pets before, the collars have lasted well. I bought small for my border terriers.

I ordered a dog collar which has just arrived. Quality seems very good and it is just what I wanted. However I found length of time from placing order to receipt very long.

Love the website and customer service is amazing. Bought from here many a time when my husky slips out the garden since her tags alway come off/break somehow and now my little boy wears them on walks as a secondary collar. Design, materials and colours are super visible for any pet colour. Will definitely be coming back again for future fur babies.

I have used this company for dog collars for a number of a number of dogs and have been entirely satified with the collars and the service.
Having had one dog who was a wanderer, the integral telephone number was a God send - we always got him back. I will definitely continue to buy these collars as needed - but they do last very well.
