I had a great experience with CV-Library thanks to Matthew. He made the whole setup process straightforward and took the time to ensure my account was configured correctly. He also arranged a training session to help me get started, which was really informative and gave me the confidence to use the platform effectively for work.

Matthew was professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout, answering all of my questions and making sure I understood how to get the most out of CV-Library. Excellent customer service from start to finish—I really appreciate the support and would highly recommend both Matthew and CV-Library.

Still experiencing major issues with this site after their so called systems upgrade, none of my recent applications are showing, parts of my profile are still missing and also intermittent log in and password issues- my previous saved login and password are no longer recognised and I constantly have to reset my password every day. Also issues with search not even recognising my desired location area and constantly showing error messages ‘try again’.
It’s been over a month now since your so called improvements and this site is now unusable and only getting worse every day, constant messages to your support team are pointless as these issues are never fixed.
Update, still having issues- none of my applications are being submitted and I have proof after contacting a recruiter from a recent application and he confirmed no applications received from me or cv library.
I also contacted your customer support and was told many accounts were lost during the migration from the old system during upgrading .
No confirmation that my account, profile or applications are still active or if I need to create a new account again.
Still very poor response on here too and it’s about time all these issues were fixed as it’s now been several months of very poor excuses.
