I’ve been ordering from them for almost 10 years now, and I can definitely say they’ve improved a lot when it comes to shipping. The quality of the merch has always been amazing!
My most recent order was four packs of photocards, and they all arrived really quickly and in great condition. I did get two photocards as dupes, and one pack was almost entirely Phils, but honestly it’s all good lol.

Easy checkout but problems with product quality
i liked that checkout was easy and the queue for ordering wasn’t too long. what i dislike is the cards i received weren’t all in good condition. some had scratches and indents on them. i also had some packs that weren’t shuffled and were exactly the same.

2026 Photocards- USA
I just received three packs of the 2026 photo cards and I again as I did last year- have a repeat card. This is really disappointing and takes away from the thrill of receiving them. They said it was a mistake last year but having it happen again is disheartening.

Thank you for your feedback. We do allow there to be some repeat cards to encourage trading. This differs from the issues we saw with some packs in Season 1 where entire packs were identical to each other. Any issues please email customer.services@danandphilshop.com
