Dan & Phil Shop Reviews 

I've been a Dan and Phil Shop customer since the very beginning, and while I do miss the variety of unique high quality merch items they used to offer back the day (especially things like candles, backpacks, and guaranteed ethically-produced shirts) I haven't had issues with recent orders. My photocards came in quickly and with no damages.

Customer service can be spotty and sometimes people get very clearly AI generated responses that ignore your original message altogether, which is discouraging and doesn't seem aligned with the Dan and Phil brand at all. Back in the day, IRL merch had a fantastic social media presence on Twitter and Instagram with a team who would answer messages and handle issues quickly. I do hope they come back to their roots in that way because the personal touch really did make a difference in customer satisfaction!

Quality-wise, I can definitely see a difference in the past few years with the US shop specifically. I bought a WAD hoodie at a UK show in 2022 that is still in PERFECT condition (brand "JustHoods", 80% cotton) and a TIT hoodie at a US show that started pilling within a month (brand "Gildan", 50% cotton). I do wish the US shop would get the same quality of merch as the UK shop.

I do think DAPS wants to improve and return to what they used to be known for, interesting and high quality merch that was different to other creator lines. I've even won merch as part of a charity they work with, which is really cool of them to do!! I hope to keep seeing improvements because we as fans do want to support Dan and Phil Shop, we just want the shop experience to reflect the hard earned money we give it.

All of the products I receive from the Danandphil shop are always so high quality!! I am always happy to support Dan and Phil, and it makes me even more happy that they are willing to put the time, energy, and care into creating great quality merch items for us to enjoy. It makes it so much easier and enjoyable to purchase these items knowing they'll feel good and last!

My orders from D&P shop never disappoint! They come relatively quickly with accurate tracking, and the quality is always high. With this batch of photocards I ordered, I received no duplicates and a good selection - thank you!! :)

I was so excited to receive my photo cards and they did not disappoint. Every card is beautiful with a stunning photo of Dan and Phil. A beautiful keepsake for the ultimate Phan.I always love buying merch because dan and phil have the coolest items.So happy with my purchase.

My order came quite quickly and i was kept updated during every step. The only issue is that my parcel was sent to the wrong delivery office wich slowed the process down. I was kept informed the whole way though and merch arrived in perfect condition!

card came folded which completely ruined the design

Ordered 10 packs of photocards from the US shop and didn’t get a single special card and I’ve seen multiple people have similar issues with US orders and seen multiple UK and people buying from worldwide getting shiny and special cards in every pack. I understand they are not guaranteed but not getting single one in 10 packs is a little frustrating and it feels unfair. It doesn’t feel like each warehouse is using the same method to pack cards which is making odds unfair.

i purchased the pham bundle box on the 26th march however realised shortly after that i couldn't really afford this and that the items in the bundle that i liked weren't worth buying the whole box. i emailed on the 27th asking to cancel my order and to this day (8th april) have not had a response. i sent a follow up on the 3rd april which did nothing. great company and great products but absolutely terrible customer service. if this isn't sorted before the box is shipped i will be really upset as not only will i have to pay to return it i also wont receive a refund for the £4.50 shipping cost.

While my experiences with the shop so far have been fine overall, I, and I’m sure many others, would love for this shop to try and find a clothing manufacturer with both more accurate sizing and a larger size range in both directions. The few plus sizes available run incredibly small, and I’d love to be able to actually wear the merch. I’ve gotten both the Phantasyland sweater and the Hard Launch hoodie in the largest available size and they both run very small and are unwearable. I’m sure you’re missing quite a decent portion of people who would buy if only it came in their size.
