I would like more time for notification…

I would like more time for notification of a package shipping. You are telling me the day its charged on my account and already prepared for shipping. Im not always ready for a new shipment. I have a small dog who is a picky eater and sometimes the food stacks up.

High quality frozen food

I've been feeding Darwin's for a couple years now and my orders have always been complete and very well packed. My dogs love the food and it makes me feel good knowing I'm feeding a quality food to my dogs.

Excellent product, convenient, and great customer support.

Customer support was friendly and helpful. The prices are great compared to purchasing at a store, and the convenience of it being delivered safely to my door within one day is wonderful. I greatly appreciated the large discount given on the first order.

The meats are packaged well and look very fresh. It is helpful that the meat is packaged in smaller portions that what I was buying at the store. My two kitties switched over to Darwin's from their store-bought brands easily.

GLS failed first delivery attempt, I had to go the next day to pick up from their warehouse. Darwin's made good with a future discount and setting up special delivery instructions for future deliveries.

As we have come to expect...

As we have come to expect, our order came well packaged and shipped on the day that it was scheduled to be shipped.
Our 4 cats love the raw food, often asking for more.
We really can't ask for better service or food.

My experience after receiving a number…

My experience after receiving a number of shipments is that there is always some and sometimes many packets of chicken for cats has are defrosted. I don't live near a major city so it takes longer for product to reach me. So if Darwin can do more to prevent meat from defrost it would be much safer.
