Dashlane delivered exceptionally…
Firstly, this experience extends over two days and two different support representatives. By names, both Rita (initial representative) and Manuel were apt in their respective positions and roles to first verify my identity and membership in Dashlane community, this was followed up with patient, kind and professional support to ensure my use of the platform services were available and operating in accordance with my personal needs. Manuel followed up to make certain I was able to access my account and had configured my preference to assure continued access was available. Their combined customer support reflects highly on their and Dashlane commitment to providing excellent security, cybersecurity services and customer service support. - Morris
Very disappointed- huge 52% price increase for worse features.
Very disappointed - I have a family plan, in August I’m getting a 52% increase in the cost of the plan, and the removal of Premium features from my family on the account. I suspect the platform isn’t financially stable if they have to inflict this on loyal customers.

The new updated free tier makes it unusable. Changing to BitWarde was made as hard as possible. Can't give less then 1 star.
Dashlane is now overpriced at 80$ or £63 the free version is unusable.
Dashlane has changed usage to its"free version" it's clear they don't like you enjoying the "free app" so they've decided to be make it difficult. They have restricted passwords to just 25 and have changed it to read only, by doing this you can't log into a website has it locks you out, you can't copy and paste a password, this tactic is to frustrate you and irritate you into paying the hefty subscription 80$ or £63. Today it's asking for my Master Password each time I open it. Avoid it 😱😤🤬

It took a lot of back and forth but they did solve the problem. But not being able to talk to someone quickly was VERY stressful. It took 2.5 weeks to get back I to get back into my system. And often it was 1-2 day turn around before I got a response after each next step. And my whole life was in there!

Customer Support has improved but..
While customer support has vastly improved over the years I have been annually subscribing to Dashlane (a decent tool with great features for syncing across multiple devices and for storing sensitive account info/passkeys/autofills login info), it can still be extremely frustrating and time consuming to get your problem solved using Dashlane's Customer Support due to the fact that there is no option offered for contacting a "live" person/agent at times of great urgency.
It takes multiple iterations of back and forth emails explaining in detail the specifics of a problem before hearing back from Support. And problems are not solved by referring customer to a bunch of articles and/or FAQs.

This should never have happened!
When I complained, I was told the rep couldn't find the accounts, so apparently your system isn't well designed. It took several days and multiple emails to get it straightened out.
