Order not received.
Ordered a pack of 3 T shirts on the 7th June, delivery was 2-4 days according to the order. It’s now the 18th June and no sign of my delivery and no response to the 2 e mails i sent to the Enquiry line, with no other way of contacting them I shall have to revert to PayPal for a refund. Not what I expected having read the good reviews before ordering!

The quality of the clothing is…
The quality of the clothing is excellent, my husband absolutely loves his top as do I. It's tricky to find quality men's lounge wear that he can feel comfortable and look good in rather than looking like he doesn't care. The only slight faff was returning and reordering a new size as it was too big, there is no official returns process but they did provide a returns label. Will be buying from DGW again.

European manufacturer at good price
Very well explained how to find your size. Now lets see the quality of the T-Shirts, at the photos looks good, maybe a little bigger of zoom will be helpfull, and if are manufactured in Portugal with good cotton should be good ones, sinceresly tired of made in China with europeans prices, at least they spend money in european workers. I buy this ones as a first contact and if I see that all is ok I will buy more as a wardrobe basics. It´s nice to have a item of one of my favourite male models, never forget Light Blue advertising.

Courier charges
Finding out I had to pay 35pounds courier charge on arrival when there was no mention of it on the website was rather disappointing. Suggest you make it clearer to your customers when making the order.

The live chat is great
I like the clothes. I discovered the brand on social networks.
I like the work that is done on the image, serious and fun at the same time. I like that the production is in Portugal and not in China. That the clothes bring something different from what we are used to.
I really hope to feel good in it.
I appreciated the fact that I had someone to talk to who answered my questions quickly.

Order delivered on time but !
Order delivered on time, has 3 items
One shirt which sent back as was to right
Pair of cargo joggers and easy tapered pant
Cargo joggers / decent enough the write on them isn’t quite correct, after one wear tidally out of shape, they go at the knee and with all honesty not any better than a normal pair of joggers, so wouldn’t with my hand on heart by again or give a glowing review .
The tapered pants great material nice trousers, however lose buttons on the waist and also one of the fly buttons came off as I did them up .. so think quality of stiching not the best but product is not bad.

Order late
Order late, still not despatched and predicted delivery could be up to 10 days from order. Customer service unhelpful and refused to expedite the order, despite predicting a further 48 hours to despatch…. Disappointed
Update: David Gandy Wellwear have since delivered my order in a very prompt manner with the order arriving On 13/02/23. Many thanks for your response. It is a pity your chat line couldn’t sort this, however I really appreciate this… unfortunately the birthday gift did not fit, although good quality so will return for a different size. Thank you for your rectification.

I received a pair of PJs as a gift from…
I received a pair of PJs as a gift from my family. These PJs are amazing! I've never felt anything like them. I have problems sleeping with being hot and uncomfortable which causes me to wake up throughout the night. I was able to get the best rest with these PJs so I had to buy another pair before they sold out. I'm so thankful for such a great product and had to thank my family (Marc and Neeti) for them. What a find!!
