Good old fashioned service, Fast delivery, Recommended !!!

Ordered 6 Emma Bridgewater mugs and received fast delivery with excellent service - One mug had a small chip which looked like it was done during production and not by David Shuttle but they sent a replacement just as quickly - Finally there was even some chocolates in the packaging as a thank you for the order - Brilliant !!!

Excellent.

Purchased a Lalique vase for my a birthday gift and needed it to be sent whilest I was on holiday. Customer services were completely unfazed and arranged it all.
The recipient was delighted with the vase and loved the gift wrapping and little extra surprise..
The only let down was DHL who made a mess of delivery.

Amazing

Super fast delicery as promised, extremely well packed box containing my Emma Bridgwater polka dot purchases arrived. I liked the fact that a recycled box and shredded cardboard was utilised for packing. I had a lovely letter, invoice and 2 lily o Brian chocolates too. Nice touch. Great prices too.

FIRST TIME!!!

Purchased many things direct from Swarovski, - Googled, this firm came up, thought I would try it, hoped and prayed all A1 - well 100% satisfied. Great service, I did email them to thank them for good service. - Talking to friend? My son has done the theme on the baby's room - first baby due 9.5.13. and I purchased the Winnie the Pooh - the theme. To get, 100% genuine a bit cheaper - great...............

I had excellent service from start to finish.

I found the website easy, the sale frustration free, I was kept informed throughout of developments, I was able to change my delivery date easily and the product arrived in excellent condition, along with a little edible surprise for me which almost got binned. Thank goodness for recycling, eh? I would really recommend this company.

Delightful!! Would use again and again

I placed my order by phone on Thursday morning, within an hour and half I had received emails to confirm the order and that it had been despatched. I was very pleased. The order came on Friday morning by courier, perfectly packaged and including 2 lovely truffles. I would not think twice about ordering again and recommending David Shuttle to anyone. Perfect service.

Fast and efficient – excellent product range

This was our first purchase from David Shuttle. We were particularly interested in Emma Bridgewater glassware and found all that we needed on their website. We found the ordering process quick and easy and were pleased to be given a choice of delivery dates.

The parcel arrived on the allotted day and each item within was very packaged. We are very pleased with our purchase and will, without doubt, buy from David Shuttle again.

Very friendly and helpful staff

I placed an order, some of the items were in stock, others weren't, and as an email notifying me of this had inadvertently ended up in my junk mail folder, I enquired about the order a few days later. A couple of very friendly phone calls later, the more urgent half of the order arrived the next day, with some chocolates by the way of an apology that I will still have to wait for the other half of the order until stocks have been replenished. I'm still waiting but am convinced they will do everything in their power to get these items to me as soon as they have them. The whole interaction left me with a warm feeling. Very nice people. Thank you!
