Hassle free ordering on website - really quick delivery - following day from ordering. Emma Bridgewater items ordered and well packaged (could have done with this company stocking all Emma Bridgewater items after wrong item delivered from EB company direct!)

I’m very happy with the service:
The item I ordered was several pounds cheaper on David Shuttle than anywhere else I found, I was emailed to confirm my order had been dispatched, it arrived on time, and was very well packaged to ensure there was no risk of breakage. Oh, and there was a couple of tasty chocolates included in the box that I wasn’t expecting!

I ordered these glasses as a present at short notice. I was delighted that hey arrived in good time and were very well packaged.

Competitive prices. Got next day free delivery with DHL as order was over £100. Will use again

I ordered a Swarovski crystal ornament as a gift for my mother who is a collector.
arrived well within the expected time period, packed extremely securely and with a nice little gift of 2 chocolates as an unexpected surprise.
Having ordered from them previously I shouldn't have been surprised but was totally reassured that standards have remained as high.

We received our order when we had expected it and due to a very good packer they arrived safely even though the outer packaging was damaged

David Shuttle has great customer focus, the products are great and are very good value with slight discounts that buying direct, they get delivered in recycled boxes which is just brilliant and the lovely letters that accompany them with the chocolate is a stroke of genius. I had regular contact with a very personal service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone! Would definitely shop there again!

Ordered on the Saturday, items were delivered on the Tuesday. Initially I thought the £10.95 delivery charge was expensive but it was well worth it, the package was trackable, the items were well packed and thoughtful extras were included (choccies and a gift voucher for my next purchase). Website was well laid out and easy to use. Would definitely recommend if you want quality products from a quality supplier. Will definitely use again.

The product was a good price. Delivery was very quick and there was an unexpected small box of chocs as a surprise.

I have nothing but praise for the team at David Shuttle. The ordering process was simple, delivery was convenient and they kept me informed. The products arrived in recycled packaging which I was much happier with then the companies that waste resources. The thing that impressed me most was the little touches, a hand signed letter and complimentary chocolates, need I say more?!!

Watch arrived next day as promised. Recycled packaging was good to see, was also well protected. Requested gift wrapping which was very neatly provided along with a handwritten note.
