Fabulous product & service

My beautiful mug (which was a very good price) arrived very quickly, beautifully protected and with some complimentary chocolate! Couldn't ask for more. I will definitely be shopping on this site again.

Can't fault them!

The order process was extremely quick and easy...the delivery arrived very quickly and in brilliant condition...and the complimentary chocolates were delicious! Would definitely recommend!

Exceptional customer service & attention to detail, thank you

My shopping experience with David Shuttle org was exceptional. I urgently needed to buy 2 Lalique figurines & one was showing out of stock on the website. When I called the shop to enquire, the service I received from Lauren was exceptional. Lauren ensured I received my first parcel last week & then expedited 2nd one so I received it from France by today for my 25th Wedding Anniversary gift to my husband. It arrived, as Lauren had arranged & the look on my husband's face when he opened them earlier was priceless. Thank you so much to Lauren & the rest of the David Shuttle establishment, you have made our anniversary one to remember. Kind regards Sally

Prompt, gracious service.

Highly recommend, i searched for discontinued crystal so when I found what I needed I had no idea who the company were just that they were one of the few that had what I wanted. Crystal arrived promptly and even with a token gift of chocolate which my children loved. Thank you.

Chocolates in parcel appreciated!

Lovely items delivered quickly and liked the letter inside so service seems more personal. There is a slight mark on the cake plate but to be honest you find things like that with Emma Bridgewater all the time so haven't mentioned changing it though sure there wouldn't have been a problem.

Would use the company again and felt that I got a couple of bargains!

perfect service!

I was looking for a good deal in Reidel glass, as I love to drink wine out of the best possible glass for each individual wine and David Shuttle had the choice I had not seen any where before and very good prices. I shall no doubt buy some more glasses soon to add to my collection.
I was not only pleased with my purchase but was delighted at the speed in which my parcel arrived and also was able to track the parcel almost as soon as I had placed the order.
The other thing that impressed me was the very professional packing which is so important with glass.

Great value ... Great Service!

Very impressed.The vase arrived promptly after ordering, very securely wrapped and in perfect condition... great value for money. And I appreciated the two complimentary chocolates that came with it...yum!

Quick and pleasant in every way, requests dealt with on the day

I was impressed with the service I received recently whilst buying some jewellery. One piece was not available and I requested the order be cancelled as I wanted both pieces for a birthday present. This was done very quickly with no fuss or bother. I obtained the piece which was unavailable at a local shop and asked about reordering the other piece. My request was dealt with swiftly and I was able to obtain the second piece. The delivery was also quick to my delight. The customer service operator, Lauren was very helpful and pleasant and there was no annoyance with the order alterations. Many thanks for all your help.

onlinne purchase frustrated- sale saved by email follow up and telephone order

after browsing the net -Amazon and amazon ads - contacted David Shuttle, who are running a 10% on riedel tumblers we were seeking. The website was OK not brilliant - but life is too short to have two cards rejected one Mastercard and one debit card visa. I would have not filled up - but responded to an email with a satisfactory phone call - no problems with the card - delivery and packing good.
