Tia at DB Roberts was so welcoming and helpful during the entire process of us looking to rent a property, right from the very first phone call of arranging a viewing she was super warm and friendly. Then during the application process there was no issue to silly for her to handle. She made sure to keep us updated during all steps, and was so approachable !

The other women we dealt with in this process (Allison for the viewing) and the women in the office who were very welcoming when we had to go into the office to sort out some referencing issues were also incredible.

We initially thought our probate sale would be straightforward, but a large stock of similarly sized new-build properties on the level market meant it proved trickier than we’d hoped. However we appointed DB Roberts after meeting 4 agents in total as they seemed very professional, realistic in terms of achievable sale price, and very responsive - all combined with a fair price. We had unavoidable issues with our sale (cancellation of purchasers’ sale at last minute!) but they were very practical and got a regular range of good quality viewings throughout the process. They also liaised regulator with updates and useful overview on what the local market was doing. We finally achieved the price we wanted and we have happy new owners moving in this week. Highly recommended.
