Very good service, polite and knew what to do. Very reasonable price

After a bit of confusion over the booking, everything else was fine. The installer came to assess the fitting of a new aerial to an existing installation. He was polite, informative, quoted a clear price and did the job quickly and tidily during the visit.

Expertly and quickly did the work required. Andy the technician was polite and informative and left everything clean and tidy on his completion.

I called on behalf of my nan when she lost her TV channels. I had a feeling it was more than just a simple retune, so I got in touch with them to explain the issue. They were incredibly helpful on the phone and offered an appointment very quickly — even sooner than we booked — but we had to work around Nan’s other appointments.

The engineer arrived right on time, was friendly and professional, and quickly resolved the problem. He took the time to patiently answer all of my nan’s questions, which we really appreciated. I also received a courtesy call after the work was completed, which was a lovely touch and shows how much they care about their customers.

Everything sorted as planned; the knowledgeable technician knew about all the kit we needed to switch over to the new wi-fi based on Deco's new network, and it gave me a great deal of confidence in how to manage the system going forward. Switch over included our Hive, Blink, Sonos, PC's, iPhones, iPads, and home CCTV. The Deco App is very informative, and helps keep the systems secure.

Andy was brilliant! He sorted out a very old aerial system that had 2 aerials connected to nothing with yards of cable also connected to nothing. New aerial installed and all TV's now connected and working as they should be. Great work.

Easy to contact by phone. The telephone support staff were great and really helpful. The installation guys were prompt, polite and friendly, efficient and quick, tidy and respectful, knowledgeable and helpful; nice Company, would definitely recommend.

Was pleasantry surprised when calling the company that they were able to come check the ariel and hopefully rectify. Same day, luckily they had a cancellation
The engineer arrived at the time arranged and quickly found that my ariel had given up the ghost.
I had a quote that was acceptable, the work was carried out efficiently and quickly, by a very friendly engineer.
Would recommend this company.
