Came early on request.engineer was friendly.courteus and efficient.the only downside was that my old aerial wasn't taken away.This would have been a useful service.perhaps you could offer this for a small additional fee.overall service was very good.

Hi Michael, thank you so much for completing our review. We have noted your comment on the removal of old aerials/dishes etc and we find that the scrap men will take these items away really quickly if left safely on the property. We would offer the service on a regular basis but our engineers vehicles are racked with stock for their daily appointments which, unfortunately leaves little room to carry old, rusty or damaged items. The guys do not come to the office to unload or collect stock every day which means they would need to carry these items around with them for a considerable time. We hope that answers your query but if you would like to discuss further, please don't hesitate to contact our office as we always welcome our customers feedback to improve our service. Kind regards.

Could not have been easier, from talking on the phone to actually dealing with the installer. He hung a 65 inch tv no worries and left everywhere the same way he found it.

Flat screen TV wall fitting
Ben who fitted the flat screen tv was very polite, efficient and helpful.
He also managed to tune the TV and gave me some advise on speakers etc. I found his knowledge very useful. Highly recommend the company if Ben is the standard.

What a great company
What a great company. I was let down by 3 other companies in my quest to have 43inch sky glass tv put on bedroom wall. DD came as promised and to time. Jack the engineer was simply brilliant. He was exemplary. Told me what needed doing quoted a price and then got on with the work. Dust sheets down cleaned up after drilling, hid wiring etc etc. a very professional and knowledgeable young man who is a credit to the firm. I would have no hesitation in calling them out again. Fair price and ten star service.
