Needed a broken tv aerial replacing as a matter of urgency for my elderly Mum who was without a TV signal.
Found this company’s details on the internet and chose to call them because they are a small, family run, local business.
The office staff were really friendly and helpful and arranged for an engineer to come out and rectify the problem within 2 hours of making the first phone call. The engineer was very polite and knowledgeable and explained what was needed, how long the work would take and how much it would cost.
He completed the agreed work within an hour at a very reasonable cost and my Mum is very pleased.
I am most impressed with the service and I will definitely use this company again should the need arise. I recommend this company.

Richard arrived promptly, assessed the job, answered all my questions, and gave a quote. We agreed on the quote and he carried out the work quickly, very neatly and efficiently. In addition, he removed the old lines. He left the site looking very neat and tidy. At all times, he was polite, helpful and efficient. Excellent service.

Arranged for next day visit - AM appointment. First contact with booker friendly and informative. No call out fee, which is great. Telephoned to advise on way 20 mins prior. Very friendly guy. Established the issue with aerial quickly. Advised of cost to repair and fixed within 30 mins. Miserable day, so not the best to be climbing on to roofs, but guy not fazed at all.

You responded quickly to my telephone enquiry. An appointment was made to assess the work the following afternoon. The engineer arrived as agreed. He gave a quote for the cost of the work which we accepted. He carried out the work there and then. Magnificent service!
