I've been buying the same flavour concentrate for at least 4 years and it's the same amazingly high quality, flavour and clean now as it was back on my first time. I've never had my coil gunk up using this. Always super fast service, I always look forward to that shiny padded bag arriving. Thank you DV! You're amazing!

Goods are great, and service is spot on.

Besides the nice taste of their flavors, I would like to totally recommend them for their transparency. There are debates on vaping safety and some ingredients toxicity is questionable. Most brands I have contacted refused to tell me their ingredients, while their customer care has been excellent, providing me with all the mixtures used and allowing me to decide which one to buy after researching their safety online. Special thanks to Carys about that.

We saw a lot of good reviews about this company, but in fact, when we turned to them, one negative came out. The managers are not loyal. They cannot place an order. We sent several parcels to another country and due to the incorrect filling of the documents, the goods did not arrive. Due to the incomplete package of documents, the customs does not issue the goods. And the money has been paid for it. I do not recommend using this company. At least I lost my money.

Only use decadent eliquid, never had any problems, always quick reliable service. Would defo recommend decadent.

Quick to process my orders, fantastic spread of flavours for every palette and the one time I had an issue the customer service couldn't of been better.

Brilliant service. I found a decent deal for a mod I wanted on their site (via google searching) and was impressed with the prompt delivery and the information. All items were genuine, which I checked using different methods. Thanks all!

I ordered on the 12th of feb and received my order by the 14th which in my mind is very quick ordered the rda rabbit v2 and also received a 60 mll free e juice which taste lovely for only £20 take my hats off to this company and will certainly be returning

Not only do Decadent Vapours manufacture the best (& cleanest juices), but their Customer Service is phenomenal.
I had a bit of bad luck with a mod (not mentioning the brand here as I think it’s unfair to let one rotten apple spoil the bunch).
When I got in touch about it I had the good fortune to be in the capable & empathetic hands of Carys.. She sent me out a replacement immediately & I duly returned the faulty in provided SAE. I had the new mod in a matter of days.
So what I’m saying here is when you buy into the Decadent brand know that your not only buying quality products but buying into a firm that believes in quality Customer Service too!

Absolutely amazing service. I felt completely comfortable and safe as they were following all guidelines - but that didn't affect their customer service! They gave me all the information I needed and products at an amazing price. Wont go anywhere else!
