Not received order and no communication via email. Have placed many orders but they’re losing my custom because of this.

The staff at Decadent Vapours are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The range of juices they sell are original and delicious with a wide choice in flavours.

I have used this company for over 2 years and have no plans to move in the future.
Their liquids are best I've come across, good value for money and orders have always been at my door within 3 days.
I have only had 1 problem (their mistake) in that time which was corrected (the product in my hands) in less than 24 hrs with no argument from them.
When all's said and done this is an excellent company to deal with.

An example of this epic customer service: I recently had an order that was misplaced by Royal Mail.. not DVs fault, but they took ownership and the issue was dealt with above and beyond and in a speedy timeframe (thanks Carys).

It’s true they have got a minority of absolutely triple AAA flavours welsh pipe crystal blue to name a few which cannot be purchased elsewhere, I have purchased these multiple times - but aside from that the rest is mostly garbage - like some 14 year old has just unveiled their parents alcohol cupboard for the very first time only to result in some rather questionable concoctions.

Now Now, 2 star review that’s a bit harsh I hear you say, well well let me divulge.

Once upon a time this company released a flavor called ‘Bluebarb‘ and they still need to apologise for doing so by means of a full refund to anyone whoever bought that poison and for allowing that to even hit the shelves, I trust someone or a multitude of persons got fired for that offense.

Well I haven’t ordered anything since after some rather sporadic custom.

I still have the offending article in my presence and I’ve made 350ml out of a 60ml bottle in the hope that one day after various additions it will be somewhat vapeable - it’s getting there what can I say?!

I hope you learn that by releasing such filth upon the masses it has a detrimental effect on your business and how people will perceive you from that moment going forward.

Next time, pour that muck down the drain and start again.

Disgraceful company.My order didn't arrive,they have ignored my emails and so far I have made three phone calls which they promised someone would get back to me.No one has bothered to phone me.
Their E liquid inst cheap and its a lot of money to loose.
