The worst! I ordered a month ago and they can’t find my address. I called them 3 times and emailed. Now I get an email saying my package will be refunded. Great! Can I just have what I paid for please for the love of god! Never seen such bad service in my life

Paid £800 for a kayak. Long wait for delivery, and it eventually arrived with a handle not fitted. They wouldn't get her replacement screws to fit it myself, do it had to be returned. They wouldn't hold one in stock for me to have a replacement, do by three time they had processed there return it was out of stock. Now they've sent me an email saying the replacement will be delayed. It'll be well over a month, at least, of they do finally deliver. Lousy customer service.

I bought a pair of Inesis waterproof golf shoes. I would just like to say that they are great quality and very comfortable. For the price of £64:99,they are a bargain.

Pathetic customer service. I placed an order and even and was given a delivery time of 6 days during booking. No update on the order even after 4 days of booking. I tried to call them to check if someone was even working. No one cares to answer calls. Was told wait time would be 6 mins. Waited for 30mins, still not sign of someone picking up the call. Just frustrated with their customer service.

We ordered the first pair of climbing shoes for our young son for a special day we had arranged - we were informed via email that they were delivered to the Asda we assigned for collection on the Thursday - when we visited on the Saturday the Asda staff could find no record - we complained to Decathlon via email and were informed they will look into it sometime over the next two days, a time period that ensures our son will not have his main present on his special day. We have been regular customers of Decathlon over the years but no longer.

Ordered on 13th March. Still no tracking available. Sorry I did not read reviews before purchasing. Great in store experience over many years but this is ridiculously bad.
Can't cancel my order either.
Decathlon will loose me as a customer.

I have been told bike will be back in stock at 23rd feb. I was waiting 3mths for bike. I have made an order at 23rd and now after 4 days they did cancel it

Give yourself a favor and don’t order from them, you just waste your time

DO NOT order from these ppl, you cannot contact anyone directly, you have to either go hundreds of miles to a store (not an option if bought online) or use messenger, and each time you get a different person who knows nothing about the previous conversation you've had, they recommended a product to me stating it was the right part for my bike..... it wasn't now they're saying i have to pay to send it back, i think not, absolute waste of space

Do NOT order from Decathlon online!! They are the first retailer I have purchased from where I have not been able to return an item I purchased. Especially while that item remained in its original packaging! This is 2021 and COVID is reaching its all-time high. This was due to their 'no return for safety equipment' policy. I understand how this policy could have been created, but again there is a pandemic and Decathlon has a limited retail footprint. I purchased bike helmets from other retailers and there was no problem returning the item. Frustrated is an understatement!!

Very suspicious Website. To create an account, I tried to enter my phone no. more than twenty different ways, it rejected all of them.

This is the only Website that requires you to login to Facebook or Messenger.com to access customer support Chat. I got an email from Facebook requesting confirmation that I wanted to change my password. W-T-F?

The Website has a suspicious Chinese flavor. Stay away. Could be a (formerly) trusted brand taken over by shady operators.

Ordered a pair of Mavic road bike wheels. Rear wheel was out of true (had a wobble). Decathlon advised either return wheels or get a local bike repair shop to correct the wheel. Chose the second option. Emailed Decathlon with copy of receipt and bank details as they had requested. Then told as amount was under £100 it would a gift card!
Complained and was told a Supervisor would be in touch asap. Then e-giftcard was sent the same day and no contact from anyone.
Not accepting the card and will be pressing for the money refund I was promised initially.

Go back a decade or so and their products were reliable, excellent and competitive on price. Today, a lot of their lower ranges in clothing are simply tat. I've ordered 10 garments from them and all returned except for 2 as the quality was just poor.
This company used to be quality before profit, it's now profit before everything.

Hi paack /Decathlon has just said they have attempted to deliver st 6.47 a complete a lie I have CCTV of the road this is the second time its absolutely unacceptable the lies to cover incompetents
I'm on the street now there are no vans and the tracking shows the van 7miles away .I want a phone by tomorrow or I will post every email you have sent and I'll see you in small claims court there's more than enough evidence for lost time and money this will the 4th day off I've had to take my god you are a incompetent organisation this is my 3rd review please read the others and you will be astounded at the level the company go to cover there backs false tracking a delivery van that suddenly disappears from the screen to appear 15 miles away from its location going in a different direction amazing.

Well thanks to trustpilot, paack have rearranged a delivery for today 10 to 1400 let see if they can actually deliver on a promise that it will be he today .yeah right

The website has some place for improvement. Gives inconclusive statuses for products. Sometimes they show up as available and you go through the whole process and at the end it lets you know that it's actually not available.
Also, if you setup an alert on availability, you get messages that the product is available, even though it is not. Or maybe the e-mail arrives too late in inboxes.

What an awful company. I purchased a bike, received it late. Wrong model and size and when they said they'd correct it, the original bike was no longer in stock. Do not buy anything from them. They did absolutely nothing to reconcile the issue, I asked for a refund.

I was served twice by Greg in Store near Canada water and had great experience both times. He gave me great advice on how to use my breaks and gears properly as I had to have them changed frequently due to improper use. He gave me further advice regarding new bike purchase, which I was quite hesitant as it was over £1000 purchase but he gathered enough information to know what kind of bike would be most suitable for me as I was confused with so many different types of bikes out there and didn't know what would suit me the best. Now I use this bike for daily commute to work and pleasure riding on my days off. Great purchase, great service, great advice.

They obviously don't have items in stock that they put on the Irish website. They ship from France/UK with long delays. No info for tracking number after 3 weeks and counting. Daughter won't get bike for xmas. She'll survive I suppose.

We have purchased Bycycle on online, it has delivered us without fixing any accessories, it took another 1000 INR to fix the cycle.
They said only Handle we need to correct after receiving, but No accessories are fixed.on first look my son got disappointed 😞

I write this review on December 20th.I ordered 2 wheels and a brake for a freestyle scooter 4 months ago. The wheels came after a month, and the brake didn't come to this day. And I payed full price and everything. Don't ever buy online from Dechatlon guys
