Its customer service is very responsive even during Christmas break and did a great job helping me until the issue is finally resolved (making sure the voucher can be used even under a special case).

Fast and easy handling with a quick and satisfying answer

Contacted support,
asking for a repair center for my Tineco S7 Pro.
It took about, 10 emails from me and other 10 from deindeal support, to finally get an answer.
All this took a bit more of 1 month, but at the end, today, I got a brand new one back.

The refund went through without any problems after the provider no longer had any free appointments

I have already ordered a few things and the delivery was always okay. Last time the goods were not in order. After documenting the defects and interacting with customer service, I received a credit note. A good solution.

I've been a DeinDeal customer for many years, and whilst their refund policy was very strict in the past, in recent years their service desk has become very customer-oriented, and replies very quickly to requests. I've found their approach in refunding vouchers very customer-oriented, generous and helpful, and cannot agree with the many negative statements below. Based on my recent encounters - the last of which yesterday - I've been treated promptly and fairly.
