Easy to buy arrived in 4 days though I did order the horn on a Sunday. only niggle no connectors or wire in the box, and didn't notice a wiring kit option which I would have purchased.

Got lights elsewhere and asked for refund after many phone calls and emails they said they would refund me a week later lights arrived!! Order was placed 29th December and lights arrived 14 February!!
Now waiting to see when I get refund
Terrible service

I ordered driving lights,daytime running lights and combined signalling lights for front and rear. I think they are expensive but the quality seems superb. Good clear instructions in the box except for the DR2 driving lights which I ordered as individual units and came without any wiring instructions at all and there was no invoice included in the packaging with the order which was disappointing and is reflected with a 4 rather than a 5 star rating. The feel and appearance of the products gives me confidence they will function effectively and reliably when wired in and working.

Denali D3 Fogs are great. Wide tight beam - perfect for what I needed (e.g. bolster my dip beams on my R1250 GSA. Excellent customer service, always responsive. Highly recommend.

This review is unfortunately only based on the order and delivery aspects as not yet had chance to review the products I ordered.
Despite paying for tracked Royal Mail 24 Hr delivery. Today, (7 days after raising the order) my package has been taken back to the Royal mail office which means very frustratingly I am unable to collect for another four days (missing the weekend to fit). The reason I was not at home when the postman arrived was directly due to the paid for tracking system not being updated past the “we are processing stage”.
Not a good start.
