Beware before you order
Ordered a set of D4 lights from Denali back in mid-March, based on all the glowing YouTube reviews and forum hype. Everything on their EU site said “in stock – ships in 1–2 business days.” Sounded great.
Fast forward to late April—still no delivery.
What I’ve gotten instead is a wild ride of vague emails and shifting excuses. First it was “you’ll get it next week,” then “we’re waiting on a warehouse update,” then the fan favorite: “our customer service team and warehouse are in different locations.” Cool story, but maybe consider syncing those up before taking people’s money?
At this point, it feels less like an online order and more like an endurance test. If you’re ordering from the EU, be prepared for serious delays and zero accountability. The gear might be great—wouldn’t know. Still waiting.

I have ordered 6 days ago and nothing on the way and no answers or returns for emails. Where can i make a complaint ?

AVOID! AVOID! DO NOT GIVE THIS SHOP YOUR MONEY! Order placed Tuesday 26 March; 4 days and 3 business days later, status is still 'Payment Received' and not a whisper in reply to numerous daily emails and voicemails. Easter weekend project plans ruined. They sully then 'Denali' brand. I am surprised Denali let them use the name... I should have looked at TrustPilot first...
PS How dub are they, to provide no service at all and still have TrustPilot ask me for my 'satisfaction'? Laughable.
No contact, items not sent, avoid at all costs

Placed an order for a Denali switch on the 17th March, item showing in stock and with 48 hour delivery. The end of the following week came and went, no dispatch or tracking information forthcoming. I have sent two emails which have not been responded to, and called numerous times with no reply. I have now had to start a dispute with Visa to try and get my money back. Avoid at all costs.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT SEND THE GOODS PROMPTLY AND CANNOT BE CONTACTED.
this is my second I am now at 8 days after my money was taken. The order value is over £350. I have yet to receive anything. I have tried to contact by phone (always get answer machine) and email. I have had one email response saying the item was despatched sometime before the 8th March. The next thing was an automatic update from their tracker saying it was despatched on the 10th a Sunday. If I am kind I will say that the response are contradictory.

Know what you are needing because they do not answer emails sent to enquire about compatibility!
Dial-dim controller failed
Dial-dim controller failed. Tried to contact them multiple times over the phone - no success. Two emails - no answer. Contacted Denali USA, and they urged them to contact me - still nothing. AVOID AT ANY COSTS!!! R&G Racing is authorised Denali partner in the UK. Use them.
Not Impressed
Ordered twice now and both times paid for Next Day Delivery but has taken over a week to be shipped & arrive.
No communication, impossible to get hold of anybody.

Component arrived in a damaged box. After fitting it operated twice. The third time it sounded badly. It has now stopped working. It appears to be internally shorted.
Email twice. Called and left message. No reply. What can I say. Rubbish.

Dire service, ordered Denali part for 48 hour delivery, no signs of it, emailed them to get a progress update, no reply.

Terrible customer service
I ordered a pair of denali light mounts and received a email confirming payment and postage for royal mail 48 but with no tracking information. I haven't received them in over a week, no response to emails requesting a tracking number and no one ever answers the phone.I will after take it up with PayPal, really bad service, read al the negative reviews and shop elsewhere.

Poor experience with Denali UK shop I’ve never expected this from a good brand, totally failed courier service and customer support. I would never buy anything from this shop now. This shop not even deserved single star.
