Laurens is so nice to help we with my order's information update after i had mixed up the conception of delivery address and bill address, otherwise the package would be sent to a totally different country in EU instead of China! Now everything is going well and I am looking forward to receiving my product.

After two unsuccessful attempts with other web shops I bought an advanced digital bench multimeter (ET3240) at Dennisdeal. Before ordering I informed, based on my earlier experiences, if it was on stock. Very accurate reaction (to my surprise both in English as in Dutch because Dennis and his crew are from Dutch origin, which is of course a recommendation), so I ordered it (with Express Shipment, fastest shipment and track&trace) and could follow the progress in shipment step by step. Only Dutch customs took some extra time. Al together it took 19 days to arrive at my home with excellent tracking and tracing; to my idea fast. Article was in perfect condition at arrival, caused by an excellent packaging. Some contacts in between with Dennisdeal went very satisfying and accurate. In particular the reaction of Dennisdeal on my message that I had to pay import duties (which is indicated at their website) was extremely customer orientated. In a scale of 1 to 10 Dennisdeal scores an 11.
Minor point of attention; their website is rather slow.

I bought some face masks and I needed it before I leave Netherlands. However, they tell me that the warehouse cannot deal with it until two weeks later （this information is not shown on the website and I don't know before I made the order）. I can not wait for so long and I hope to cancel it since I will leave Netherlands after two weeks .
Now the problem is solved with efficient contact and my money will be refunded. The people in dennisDeal are really kind and I would like to recommend this website.

My purchase was lost during the delivery process which took more than 2 and a half months. DennisDeal holds me responsible for that and offered to purchase the same for half the price. So I would pay 150% !!!
We finally got to an agreement that I would only pay the delivery costs including tracking and insurance and my order will then be sent again. I hope I will receive it this time!
So the lesson is: always order including delivery costs with tracking and insurance!

Delivered cheaper inferior product. I ordered several 64bits devices, got useless 32bit crap delivered. Huge loss, nobody home for complaint. Also delivery took forever. Total loss.
Edit, got contacted by supplier in panic, overheard exuses/no solutions, got this review redacted.
The devices I bought were advertised as working on linux, by further examination that statement appeared to be highly hypothetical. A very barebone program goes around on the internet for f2k devices, which is KDE dependent. No reports of it working on newer kernels either. I tested this on i386, amd64, arch32 and arch64. None worked. Also very poor technical support from supplier. I would have had more success asking my grandma. This is horror. Don't buy here.

Ive ordered a few things from this site lately. Unfortunately the last item I ordered didnt work out as planned. I checked the track & trace and saw that the items would sadly not arrive on time (before and event where it was needed). Because of that I wanted to cancel the order. Luckily I was able to get in touch with an actual person who helped me sort out the situation. They were kind and helpful. Even though I didn’t get what I ordered I’m happy with how they handled it and will likely order from them again.

More than 30 days after I ordered a product that, according to dennisdeal, should take 10-20 days to arrive. Still nothing. What a joke. Wouldn't advice anyone to use this service. I keep getting misleading information about where the hell my product is. At this point honestly I will be very surprised if it arrives at all.

I have to say that I am impressed by how the company takes care of its costumers.
I purchased a product where shortly it didn't worked anymore and my action was to tell(company) them about my issue.
How did they handled my problem?
They just send my another product for free.

I don't onderstand these positive reviews. I had a bad experience with Dennisdeal.
First, my purchase was lost during the deliveryprocess. Dennisdeal helt me responsible for that and offered to purchase the same for half the price. So I player 150% !!
Although the second delivery was sent with assurance, also this purchase was delivered at a wrong address, PostNL admitted. But on that address nothing was delivered. And again, Dennisdeal handled as if they were no party in this! So, what does assurance mean? Dennisdeal only feels responsibility for the purchase-process, not for the delivery.

Very good service, if there is some problem, they find a solution
