Horable customer service.

I called about a part I ordered 2 months ago never got a call or e mail on where abouts the part is. I called back to figure out the payment options and she was rude inconsiderate in professional lady who also hung up on me I called back and tried to explain my situation to someone else named Sandy I got a name this time but sounds like the same rude lady and I told her I was stuck in north Dakota and she laughed at me for a longer then normal time very unprofessional and I will be calling your manager Travis about this issue.. we are paying customers and don't need to be treated like garbage and laughed at.with out customers you won't have a business. I'll be finding a different parts dealer

Called in an order and called back…

Called in an order and called back within 30 minutes to cancel because the Harley dealership said the part was not required for my installation. Not only would they not cancel the order after 30 minutes, the woman I spoke with was rude, nasty and even hung up on me. I wasn't rude or nasty. I just stated the facts. I will sooner pay more for a product from another company than deal with this horrible company ever again.

Ordered some drag specialties saddle…

Ordered some drag specialties saddle bag guards in august. Didn't recieve them until may but with supply chain issues that's fine. The box was mislabeled from the factory in Taiwan so the wrong part shipped, again fine. But when the replacement came do you think the contents were verified? Nope sent the same wrong part with the right item number on box. Still, gave them more than a week to look into this and had to call again. The only answer i got was, we dont have it (they never did) and for 30 more dollars you can buy this one! And don't worry, we're going to wave the return shipping fees! At this point you owe me 30 dollars and a free hat! With such a big name in the industry you would think customer service would be better.....

Part #: 234517! They sent me the Worst WAVY, DEFECTIVE PIECE OF CRAP I have ever received from a purchase of any kind!! I returned only to find out they are NOT REFUNDING MY CARD BACK THE FULL Amount!!! I filed a Police Report and Attorney General Complaint!!! Thieves these people are!! They don't care about you, just your money!!! Terrible company!!! Travis the Manager real Jerk !!!~

I had previously ordered a seat from J&P cycles . I was told it was in stock and it wasnt . So I called Dennis Kirk and they said they would price match seat and I should expect a 81 dollar refund. a week goes by still no refund .I called on 6/1/2022 and the lady i spoke with says they dont price match with J&P cycle but she would transfer me to the lady I dealt wth first and I ended up leaving a voicemail and wait till 6/2/2022 to call back around 12:15 est. The lady I then spoke with told me they did in fact price match J&P cycle but being the seat wasnt in stock I wouldnt get a price match refund. I explained it wasnt in stock when i placed the order with Dennis Kirk but was told I would get price match refund. Long story short with all the misinformation I was told . I will not be getting my 81 dollar refund . I will no longer be doing business with Dennis Kirk . I usually had no issues till this and I know Im only one person . But they couldve gave me store credit or something to have made this right . But they dont care if I shop with them or not . If they did they wouldve stood behind their word on my refund.

Never received parts I ordered

Never received parts I ordered. Refused to refund my whole 100 dollars or send me another set of pipes. Very poor customer service. Even if they were stolen from my porch seems 100 dollars small fee to take care of a customer. Should have been sent signature required also.
9/14/22 response: recently another ups delivery was 5days late and damaged. From what I understand they are not the company they once were. That you keep using them is poor business because of the effects on your customers. I recently chatted online with the foremost up and coming delivery/product company I call big A.
I was dissatisfied with a couple products and both weren’t eligible for return. Know what they did? Refunded me no questions asked 200 dollars.
You guys and UPS argue, justify, etc.. Can’t even talk to a live person at either company.
Big A delivered me the pipes in less then 24hrs,to my door step. Might wanna look into using them your competitors are

When a package says delivered and the customer states in wasnt received, we must allow ups to investigate. UPS trucks have GPS tracking on their vehicles so they can see if they were at your address on the delivery date at that specific time. This is why they require an investigation and if they have this proof they will deny the claim. If your package was stolen after delivery, neither UPS or Dennis Kirk is responsible for packages left on your property. If they find that is not the case, they will reimburse Dennis Kirk and we will in turn, reimburse you. Angry Customer

We just bought a tire from Dennis Kirk and had Harley Davidson install it for us and the day after we got it, the sidewall blew on it as we were on the interstate doing 70mph. We just looked at the date and it says 2012. That could've been deadly, luckily my husband was able to keep it from laying down and us hitting the street. I've tried to call customer service and they will not call me back. This could have ended very badly if we hit the road doing 70mph

Dennis Kirk is terrible!

Ordered parts, never told they were on back order, I called in and they said 30 days. 30 days turned to 10 months. I called in 6-8 time checking on status...NO communication from DK. I will NEVER order from them again, too many other choice. Customer service is rude, CS MGR gives lip service, no actual concern!

We are sorry to hear of the old tire. We do follow manufacturers guidelines and sell tires up to 5 years of the date code. The tire can be returned for a full refund. We do not have the man power to check date codes on every tire we ship, we typically sell most tires within a year of receipt rom our suppliers.

Bought a saddle an gel seat and it was terrible. Never used it and used the return label. They said they sent me a refund thru PayPal. 6 days later and nothing. They said the refund was minus the return shipping. I asked what about the $7 tax I paid. They said they didn’t charge any tax. Well I paid 89 plus tax. They said eBay must have charged me the tax and I would have to get it from them. Called eBay, very nice girl, and she said that is not true. I had already bought a pro pad gel seat from Dennis Kirk before the other had been delivered back to them. I was going to buy another for drivers seat…..not now..I will buy it from jp cycle. Don’t do business with Dennis Kirk!!

When you place an order through Ebay, they charge the sales tax and remit it themselves and pay the tax. When we refund you through Ebay the tax from them should be included back in your refund from them,

Buyer Beware!!

Buyer Beware!!! I returned a snowmobile bib and boots because they didnt fit right. Customer service accused me of sending them back used and dirty and told me they would only give me 65% of my money back. I literally tried the items on in my kitchen before putting them in the box to return. Tags were still on the bibs and in perfect condition. Rep said their was food on bottom of the boots and that my kitchen floor must be dirty. Are you serious???? The rep then said "you aren't getting your money back" and hung up on me. They scammed me! Nothing short of stealing!

You are correct, the pants do still have tags on them but they are covered in pet hair. The boots have food on the bottom of them which we could clean off, but they also have pet hair all over them. We cannot sell these to another customer in this condition. If you ordered new Snow Pants and they arrived to you all full of pet hair, how would you feel about that? If you can clean them up and remove all the pet hair and food, you can certainly return them for a refund.

Good, fair site with good service

Found almost everything I needed for my project easily and at a fair price. Shipped my entire order that day. I only got it late because the USPS did their best. Was missing one item but after only a couple of emails, got a replacement part shipped out, no problem.

Horrible customer service, buyer beware.

Oh, wow, I wish I would have checked this company out here before we made our last order. We somehow had a previous order that went alright so I thought it would be good to order from them again. I was wrong.

We ordered a windshield for our Harley on Jan 21 and got a confirmation on shipping that same day with a tracking number and expected delivery date of Jan 25. Okay that sounded reasonable so we waited.

Yesterday was Jan 25 and the package did not deliver but we thought okay give it another day. We had been busy and didn't check the tracking. Today is the 26th and no delivery so I tracked it with the USPS number and it showed that the package had never been scanned as being picked up at all.

So we called customer service to find out where is our missing package and a rude female tried to tell us that it is not the company's problem but that we would have to call the post office. That she could not file a missing mail case before 15 days had passed. Then when we asked to speak to her boss she said he would call us back and actually hung up on me.

Sorry but I am a seller also and I deal with this exact same thing sometimes for my own customers. I have filed missing package reports with the PO within 3 days and they have always helped me find them. It takes a simple phone call and it cannot be the recipient calling, it has to be the sender.

The only good thing about this ordeal is that the supervisor did actually call back and spoke to my husband. He was not rude and said he would get it investigated and if it wasn't scanned and moving through the postal system within 3 days he would reship.

So now we wait to see if that is really true. After reading some of the reviews here I am still having doubts. I will update with what happens in 3 days.

As of right now, I do not recommend this company.

The package is out for delivery today, unfortunately the postal service did not scan the package as it was moving until the first time at 9pm last night. We unfortunately see this alot and just ask that the customers wait a few days after the estimated delivery until we reship for instances just like this one. Bought S&S valve spring kit for my 74…

Bought S&S valve spring kit for my 74 sportster, alternate part number was listed. Received kpmi kit. Website didn't mention alternate number was not S&S. Nobody could answer question if kibble white makes for S&S. All the springs in the kit were under Harley specification of 1&1/2 outer spring and 1&23/64 for inner spring. So, they repackaged some bad springs and sold them. I am waiting to hear from technical support to clarify this issue. Also contacted kpmi to alert them and see if they can help to clarify this situation.

I would give them a zero if possible , Buyer beware ,My ordered tires for my 4 wheeler in the beginning of September as a birthday gift , only 2 were shipped , Now it is December , The other two never shipped , excuse after excuse after excuse on phone for months , Cancelling and won't be buying anything from here again , Thanks ! There are shipping and supply chain delays all over the world and unfortunately that is effecting a lot of retailers ability to keep parts in stock. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Just called customer service to ask about returning the helmet I purchased. Since I took the tag and sticker off the helmet I was informed it was used and not returnable. I was honest and admitted to using it on a ride to try it. It's too big and the wind wants to take my head off. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

Complete breakdown

I placed a $1300 order with Dennis Kirk on 10/15/21, no sooner did I submit and I received a call from Dennis Kirk confirming my order. I was told the order would be shipped that evening. On 10/19/21 I received a voicemail from Dennis Kirk they made a mistake, didn't have all of my order, were cancelling it and refunding me. An hour later half my order arrived at my front door. I called and spoke with customer service, they were apologetic, admitted mistakes were made internally, I was offered no solution or concession, "maybe the items would be back in a month." The call ended with my being told a manager would call me the next morning to follow up. The manager never called, I was left with half an order and to expect a refund in 3 days. I found what I needed elsewhere and bought it. When a company's job is to fulfill orders and can't do it, you know there are bigger problems. No inventory or out of stock message at point of purchase, no recognition in follow up call they were selling something they didn't have, voicemail message an hr before delivery saying sorry we screwed up, order is cancelled and then no follow up by manager to resolve. Everything Dennis Kirk has can be found direct somewhere else.

Fortunately I had my bad customer…

Fortunately I had my bad customer service experience before I ordered my parts. I called to ask if they offer a military discount and was informed that no they do not. I then went on the website to go ahead and order my parts and they ask for a donation for military veterans. I called back to ask about this and the woman tells me she has no time to deal with me yelling at her even though I've never even raised my voice and we had only been on the phone approximately a minute. How hypocritical is it that they don't offer a military discount but then they try to take money to supposedly give to military charities to make themselves look good at no personal cost. I guess it's a good thing that former soldiers like myself do not employ the same strategy when we enlist and offer up our lives in defense of our country so that places like this can even do business. And then you try to justify again. You say that you are raising money but all you have done is tack a donation button on to your site and channel other people's money to your charity. And there are plenty of sites out there that do verification of veteran status for online business. You have no scratch in the game, you're just pretending.

Tire is sold as "new", but should be "new/old stock"

Ordered a "new" 130/90-16 tire for the bike. Tire arrives and it's 3.5 years old. Call up DK, the guy is like "well, some tires can be that old, I can sell them up to 5 years and they can be on the bike for 10". Seriously. He says "must be an oddball size". Nope 130/90-16. Then he's like "must be an oddball brand". Nope. Bridgestone. I would steer clear of this company if you are looking for fresh/new tires.

Incorrect Trunk Rack for my 2012 H.D. ROAD KING..

I ordered a trunk rack for my 2012 Road King. The first one l received was the wrong part.
The second one l received was missing Hardware.
This is the first time out of many purchases, that l had a problem.
All correspondences to correct my order were handled in a timely manner.
I was met with a very Courteous and Professional responce with the problems of my order, from the
Receptionist that first answered my phone calls, to the Sales and Customer Service Department representative that l was immediately transferred to.
As per their Purchase agreement, l returned the rack with their provided prepaid return shipping label that was in-closed for a guaranteed full refund if dissatisfied with their products.
To my fault without thought of having to return the item, l dissguarded the original box that the Rack was Originally shipped to me in and l had to pay a $12.00 cost to UPS for repackaging.
I would Still, Highly Recommend the Dennis Kirk Company and their products as a Highly Reputable Vendor, to Faimily and Friends.
I will continue as a Loyal Patron.
