I've ordered two different helmets. Both have showed that they have them available and they ship in 4-5 days. Each time I have ordered the company says they are backordered indefinitely. I've had... See more

Great Customer Service!
The customer service has been stellar! Open, quick communication and complete follow through. Cheers to Sarah for going the extra mile to help me in my ignorance and confusion!
Does NOT stand behind product !!
Had a “technical support’ person tell me to go to a bike/ATV ship, then hung up on me.
Dennis Kirk does NOT stand behind their products !!!
Do yourself a favor and by the product somewhere else !!!
Bought a pair of Alpinestars boots…
Bought a pair of Alpinestars boots November 2019 when I received them they were 3 1/2 years old and the padding was starting to fail.
Alpinestars dates there boxes when they were produced so if you bought boots from them they been sitting in the warehouse for 3 1/2 years or longer.
This company is not worth buying from!
This company is not worth buying from!! BEWARE!!!
Great customer service and fast…
Great customer service and fast shipping.
I bought two of they're EPI performance CV boot replacement kits #02130092, 55-2880, WE130072, I wish I had read the reviews, some as old as 2014 telling me the package does NOT COME with 2-Sets of Clamps and a new Snap-ring. Although the picture shows 2 Sets of Clamps AND a Snap-ring, you're not going to get all that. I bought 2-kits. The clamp-bands are commonly called Ear-Type clamps and I used the proper pliers to install them. The rubber-boot is great quality, the grease pack is more than enough for the job, and the band is no different than other ear-type clamps I've used in the past. Four star rating is because of the Customer Service even though their DennisKirk.com product picture FALSELY indicates 2-sets of Clamps and a new Snap-ring.
Horrible customer service
Placed an order for almost $1,000. Paid via CC. Was having my order shipped to my gf’s house instead of mine.
Got a call from “Joy,” who very rudely told me the order must go to the billing address. Explained that while I understand, never had that issue before. Offered MULTIPLE ways to verify my identification, address, etc.
Not enough for “Joy.” She got even nastier and finally I told her to just cancel the order.
While I can appreciate their position, they did not want to work with me even after I offered multiple remedies. Oh well, their loss. I purchased my items from another vendor who had no problems shipping to my temp address.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I will nor be purchasing anything else from Dennis Kirk. They won't back up the parts they send. They just kick the can down the road and blame manufacturers for their mistakes. Sandy is horrible in the customer service department.
Also, reading Dennis Kirk's responses to some of these reviews just confirms that I will not be doing business with them again.
This makes the second time I have…
This makes the second time I have ordered parts from denniskirk.com with no errors in the processing of my order. My order went out the same day and was received on the day promised. The prices were comparable, if not lower than most. I will be using denniskirk.com for most of my motorcycle needs in the future.
Very misleading and horrible customer service.
Very misleading. I purchased a windshield from them via EBay. They love to advertise that they have a 90 day hassle guarantee but that is the catch. They won’t take it back if you lay a finger on the item. The customer service lady was very rude and arrogant. I purchase online all the time and I have never seen anything like this. Very surprised. I would recommend all you guys avoid DennisKirk at all costs and save yourself a headache.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Was told by a representative that the part would fit. So I then ordered it. When I received it it would not fit on my bike. So I returned it. They then refunded me less than what I originally paid for the part saying I had to pay return shipping even though it was on them and the description on the part was not accurate. I will never use this company again.
Good prices, fast shipping, good customer service
Good prices and fast, accurate shipping.
If there was a small nit to pick it would be getting the tracking info.
Otherwise they are very responsive. I ordered some tires that didn't fit and returned them. They shipped the replacements the same day.
They have earned me as a repeat customer.
I’d give this company minus two if it…
I’d give this company minus two if it was possible. Horrible customer service. Avoid this company at all costs.

GUARANTEED FITMENT ??????
Spent about a half hour on the phone with a Tec. to make sure the LED tail/brake light assembly would fit. I was promised an exact fit. The part arrived and " IT WAS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO WHAT I NEEDED". Very disappointed and wasted a lot of time. I am getting a full refund BUT STILL????????
DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! NOT LEGIT!!!!
Avoid dealing with this disreputable company.
I began buying parts from them in the early 1980's, when it was
a much different company.
Now, it's just a shell of what it once was.
THEY NOW HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
============================================
I returned a tire which is defective. Some areas of the bead were
splitting as I was mounting it.
These were areas the tire spoons never even touched.
Once I got it mounted, I noticed that an area of the bead had folded over and was not seated. I could not get that area seated properly and felt it was unsafe to use the tire. So, I sent it back.
Today, I called Dennis Kirk and was told that they won't do anything "because the Warranty Dept. noticed the bead is damaged".
NO KIDDING!!! That's why it was sent back in the first place!
Then I get, "We can't do anything with it". Well, neither can I. Ripped-off for $85.00!
They are like a bunch of gangsters. I will never order anything from them again.
DO NOT TRUST THESE BUMS!!! They are incompetent and
Dennis Kirk is NOTHING like the company it once was.
It's now staffed by a bunch of incompetents who don't know
how-to handle a simple manufacturer's warranty claim, in-house.
Even though the return form has a checkbox for "defective" and "quality", they will do NOTHING FOR YOU if / when there's a problem. I call that lying to customers.
Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere and avoid them.
This place is horrible and way, way beyond disreputable!

Hi there customer service was just…
Hi there customer service was just terrible with this company so I decided not to go forth with the order and from reading all the negative other reviews I'am sure glad I never did actually place the order, Thank God they sure need to replace who ever is in charge of over seeing customer service he or she needs to go to lunch and never come back and upper management isn't paying attention to the reviews we are in a tech world now and the customer can complain and the whole world gets read it .Hello get with it its almost 2020 not 1973 where you would call lodge your complaint and it would get swept under the rug as we all know their is plenty of competition within this business so we go else where, just that easy hopefully for others employed with the company someone else takes the time to look at reviews and starts listening whatever happen to the customer is always right and above all is treated with kindness and respect Thank you all and have a great day
What happened to patience and guidance in Customer Service??
1st I got the wrong part even though the site said it fit my bike. Then when I called asking for help a girl with an attitude talked over me and tried to help me but her attitude ruined my experience so instead of exchanging the product I asked for a refund and bought it on revzilla which by the way, was AMAZING w their customer service. Now I call again bc I got a random email stating they received my return so I called to make sure its also being processed and another girl with an attitude tells me "Yeah, it can like, take like 10 days" And that's that. I have bought from JP Cycles, Mozaic Racing, Revzilla, Amazon, HD Dealership and Revzilla by far is the best, they don't talk down to you and have patience explaining and describing what you need. I have probably spent over $2k in the last month adding new exhaust ($500), handlebars ($200), headlight ($100), headlight cover ($50), grips ($80), PV Tuner ($400) Arlen Ness air filter ($250), seat, sissy bar ($215), foot pegs ($100) and much much more. I should have given Revzilla all my business, If only I would've known. If you are buying something you are 100% sure is correct then DK is a good spot BUT if you need any help or CS, go somewhere else...sucks that one bad apple can ruin the whole bunch

I bought an expensive helmet from them…
I bought an expensive helmet from them and now I am sending it back. I needed it before June 23rd, I ordered on May 30th and on their web for the helmet I wanted sizing said Size 54 = S, so I ordered that one. it said that the item would be shipped between 3-5 days.
It got shipped on June 7th, it arrived today June 13th and when I opened I see the size in the helmet S (55-56). So their webpage of the sizing for that helmet was wrong, and it fits somehow loose and I am not keeping a loose 760UDS helmet, for that price I want something that fits me perfect. I called them right now because they haven't answered my email from this morning, and they tell me that if I sent it back for an exchange, they won't be able to send me the correct size before June 22nd (9 days) I should have bought it from the beginning in revzilla. not buying from them again and I hope at least not to have problems with the refund process.

Deniskirk has the lowest priced parts…
Deniskirk has the lowest priced parts and accesories on the internet. I have purchased 3 high priced items and everything fits like what they said when I spoked with the customers service. I was wondering why people complaining about reestocking fee. They should bring thier motocycle or whatever they have to the dealer so everything can be fit properly. Most of the do it yourself persons dont know what they are doing. There are some accesories/parts that needs to be trimed or adjusted to make it fit. They also stated that the cutomers service are rude but I never experience that, what I experience is they always treat me in a very polite way answering all my questions without rushing me to get off the phone. I am now actually recomending Deniskirk to all my friend and co riders. Arnel A.

First time and last time customer!
Ordered an exhaust system online that claimed to be an "exact fit", it arrived over a week later. Had original exhaust removed, began installing new pipes and ran into fit problems, it was obvious that it wasn't going to work. Spoke to Rob in technical support, he kept interrupting as I was trying to describe the issue, also arguementive and condescending. Spoke to another girl in customer service the following day about exchanging for another pipe, she wasn't very friendly either so I chose to get a full refund due to incorrect fit info on their website. You're better off just buying from your local Harley dealership, they have access to all the same products as Dennis Kirk and if you have a Hog chapter membership, you'll get a 15% discount!
