No information about my order..
I ordered three MAAP products on July 18. I received two emails informing me that they would not be able to deliver the package by the guaranteed delivery date and that the delivery time had been extended.
The package was supposed to arrive today, but in my account the order status is still marked as submitted and has not even moved into the preparation stage. It has been impossible to get in touch with customer service, and at this point I have neither my money nor the package, nor do I have any guaranteed delivery date.
I am very disappointed with this experience and would appreciate an update on my order status, as well as information on when I can expect delivery or whether I should request a refund.

I did not receive my order, nor a refund
I did not receive my order. Contacting the support took ages and they barely reacted. I have requested to be refunded but they are not replying since days.
One more week has passed and still nothing has happened....

Do NOT recommend!!!
Do NOT!!!!! Use this company. My order was delayed, not one but two emails sent about delay, despite paying premium delivery in hope to get the order on time. When tried to cancel it answer came straightaway that it cannot be cancelled as it has been shipped. Now after confirming that order delivered to the collection point…I cannot even collect it!!! As collection code needed, but I have never received it! For the past two days I’m trying to contact Deporvillage via email and live chat…so far no one has replied or contacted back. Very very disappointed. Will not use this company ever again or recommend to use it. I really hope I can collect my order or the best scenario it can be returned and full refund is issued.
