Absolutely love desenio - constantly updating their prints and the quality is great (even the frames are well worth the price!) and never had an issue with them. Very quick delivery too.
As a first-time user my experience was quite satisfying. I liked how I can create mock designs and see how my compilation will look. Print and frame quality is nice. Recommend.

Long delivery times and then when…
Long delivery times and then when prints did arrive they were folded and posted through the letterbox rather than doorbell rung! Then I've tried to use the contact form several times today to let you know, both on my mobile and a desktop, and it just won't work! I think I finally managed to submit something after about 6 attempts. Let's see how quickly this is resolved!

Very happy with the prints!
I must say I'm very happy with the quality of the prints that I have received, all were without wrinkles and well packaged. I ordered frames to go with all 5 prints (several different colours and sizes) and I will say that I do feel disappointed in the quality for the price I paid. There was a small chip out of one of the black frames therefore I do think they overcharge for the frames! You could easily buy the same quality frames for half the price in IKEA or the like.
All arrived in a timely fashion, so I can't complain about delivery.

2 orders placed a few days apart
2 orders placed a few days apart. Both orders my frames were damaged with the plexi glass cracked. They need to improve the packaging of their frames. I like their prints hence 2 stars. I hope I get a refund for the frames which cost between 50 to 60 gbp for the 2 of the them. EDIT they replaced the frames that were damaged. Prints are not the highest resolution in the 50x70 prints.

Not worth the money
Not worth the money. My print arrived wrinkly. It was not even properly packed. Not to mention the quality as it looks as cheap copy print.

Very low quality print for the price…
Very low quality print for the price they are offering. One of the prints I received had creases on a corner which to me looked like it had been returned before! Won't recommend!

Delivery: 50% satisfied / arrived way out of the delivery dates I was given.
Prices: You get what you pay for. Dont try and buy cheaper frames elsewhere, their quality is not the same as Desenio.
I do wish my discount code lasted more than 2 weeks though.

Amazing quality!
I don't quite understand the negative feedback on here to be honest..
I ordered 5 prints from desenio last week on Friday and they came in a secure packaging 3 business days later (they don't count Saturday and Sunday as business days).
The prints had amazing quality and were in perfect condition due to the safe packaging.
I got a 25% discount and I can really recommend this shop!

The absolute worst company - completely useless. We ordered pictures several weeks ago and they never arrived. Request for a refund were ignored. Avoid these people like the plague!!!!!

I never normally bother writing…
I never normally bother writing reviews, but on this occasion, I'll make an exception. I was EXTREMELY disappointed with the quality of my print. It was not what I was expecting at all and very different to how it looked online. To be absolutely honest, it looked as though it was just a photocopy on poor quality paper. I had ordered the frame to go with it and this was of poor quality. I presumed that it would be glass but it was just a cheap perspex/plastic cover. This was my first experience of ordering from Desenio and will definitely be my last.
