The packaging was way way too large for the item but everything else was perfect. Very satisfied with the purchase. Beautiful frame!

Absolutely abysmal so far. I ordered 2 50x70 wall prints 31/03, it is now 13/04 and I'm being told it is still 'being shipped'.
So it is not even at the delivery stage yet. We're talking about 2 pieces of paper. How hard is it to deliver? Absolutely shocking.
As I've yet to receive the products, I can't comment on the quality etc. But the delivery service so far with UPS, has meant I'll never purchase from here again.

Order arrived on very low quality paper and printing quality is very low. Pictures appear faded and you can see through them. Was asked to send pictures and they said they look fine when they look nothing like the website which is very unprofessional service. Returns are charged at £4.90 per order PLUS your own shipping costs to Sweden. I wouldn’t recommend this!

I’ve ordered all my framed posters from this company. They came really quickly, and packaged well. They are all gorgeous, and such good value for money!

Pictures: Print quality is good.

Frame: Bought white wood frame which is of OK quality. Paint on frame is very little and bottom wood color can be seen. Front transparent glass/plast glass is very shiny and reflects like mirror so in room with good light the picture becomes difficult to see. Also this plast glass has bulge when fitted and hanged which doesnt look good when looked at from side.

Bought 3 frames. Not so satisfied with the edges of the two frames. One of the frame is not properly attached on each sides both on the top and bottom while the other frame got this little hack on one side. I hope the company have a thorough double check of their products before sending them out to customers!

Thickness of paper is good, but quality of print is poor. Looks like something I could print off at home. Rip off, they must have absolutely huge profit margins selling these products, as they're not cheap.

**** update!!!! I have received my parcel today.... and wow, my prints are beautiful, and the frame is made really well..., I will be ordering again... but think I’ll give UPS a little time to get organised ... *****

I would love to write a positive review about my experience , but I haven’t received my order, it’s been stuck with UPS at Stanford le hope for days , (delivery is a week later than stated)I can appreciate that this isn’t the fault of Desenio but if I was them ,I’d start using a different delivery service. I have emailed Desenio to ask if they can shed some light on the situation but that was only yesterday, so I shall give them time to reply... I do hope my prints and frame turn up soon, as after this it does put me off using Desenio again.

Trying to make a return and I haven’t received my returns label after multiple requests!!!!!

Placed an order, which Desenio said failed, however, money was still taken from account and not returned. With neither desenio or Klarna taking responsibility. Please be cautious when buying

The posters are printed on high quality paper although I think they are slightly overpriced. The colour pigments used often seem a bit dull. They could increase the quality on this. I’d pay more for better pigment/resolution. I recommend you make your purchase when they have an offer on or during a sale campaign. The frame quality is about the same as Clas Ohlson. The acrylic (not glass) should be 0,5mm thicker which would greatly reduce the curving/bulging effect when the art is hung in the wall. The acrylic thickness that Desenio currently uses makes the whole product appear cheap.

Desenio is a fraud company. Don't order from here. Ordered weeks ago, emailed company still have not arrived or recirved a reply from desenio. Very over priced. I only brought these prints because of youtubers. Massively regret this.many reviews are suggesting prints are poor quality, pixlated and Desenio gave the nerve to make the custome pay fir the returns! Disgusting.

Well, I ordered prints on Feb 1. I have yet to receive them. Apparently they're stuck in Germany with UPS because of bad weather. Yet I have received other shipments so not sure why they're failing so miserably. Not ordering from them again, that's for sure.

desenio is seriously the best picture website ever. all the pictures are great quality for a great price.

Altough I didn't receive my order for a few weeks since it was lost, Desenio support handled the situation really well by sending another one and even adding an additional poster. Thank you, Desenio.

Really excellent customer service experience. I had a couple of issues with the delivery of my order, the courier not being able to find my house and as a result my order kept getting sent back. However, Monika was extremely helpful and very quick will resolving the issue. It’s a very busy and confusing time for everyone so really appreciate the communication and efficiently resolving the issue. Love the products - will look great in my new home xx

With all the fake advertisements on YouTube that bloggers make i thought I'd give it ago I was really excited to receive it what a disappointment DONT buy it people poor quality cheap looking im processing a return and expect full refund lol little did i know customer has to pay a fee for return even though customer isn't at fault they sent me damaged goods they expect customer to liable for it..
