For insight, booking/admin fees are in place to cover the technology infrastructure, staffing, and costs required to facilitate website sales. This keeps the price even per guest regardless of how many purchases are made.
We always give event organisers the option to absorb the whole cost or a partial sharing of this cost. Therefore, if they are showing up for a specific event, this means that the event organiser has chosen not to cover the cost on your behalf.

A Great Night Out
This was for an event at my favourite bar, The Exhibit in Balham. The Bar was celebrating a birthday and I booked a ticket through Design My Night. As always, it was a wonderful evening.

Although the service and breakfast was excellent, we had to pay for a top up for a coffee. Thus is not considered acceptable.

Difficult to find sessions to book and…
Difficult to find sessions to book and initially difficult to book.
Enjoyed session, however a lot of paint tubes were empty, easels not very sturdy and felt rushed for time , didn’t get 2 full hours actually painting. Aprons scruffy. Felt equipment was done on the cheap.
