Initially Tom in store explained where…
Initially Tom in store explained where we should look for what we wanted and was a great help, he initially explained the finance deals and purchase arrangements.
Later after shortlisting a few sofa’s, Andy came to help and was extremely helpful with his advice to further narrow down the selection we wanted.
He produced a CAD drawing to our measurements and was really helpful with finalising our purchase and informing us on the various options we had which suited us.
The team offered us a brew and where really welcoming and helpful, they wernt too pushy but also wernt absent, all of them where on hand to help and offer advice, I couldn’t of asked for a better experience.
If it wasn’t for this, we’d of likely lost interest and not completed the purchase that day.

Once I decided on the couches I wanted at the Aintree store I approached your staff member Matt.
He explained everything clearly and as I could not accept delivery before my given date Matt explained the expected delivery and that he could advise not to deliver before my chosen. Excellent customer service. Thank you
