Our salesman, Callum at the Aintree branch was very helpful. He provided us with the fabric swatch for the recliner we were interested in to compare against dining chair upholstery we were also considering. He allowed us space for us to make a decision and advised us he was on hand if we needed any help. We approached Callum once we had made our decision and he was very thorough whilst taking the order, provided complimentary coffees and made us feel at ease. Very knowledgeable and professional with an easy manner. We received great service.

I visited the DFS Aintree store to buy a sofa and was assisted by one of the staff members, Celine. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She took the time to talk me through all the options, answered my questions, and helped me choose the perfect sofa.

Customer service was excellent
Customer service was excellent. We were not pushed to buy a sofa, just asked if we needed help. Staff were friendly and talked through all payment options and after care prices.
