Friendly no pressure service.
When we initially walked into the store,we felt no pressure to sell by the guys just a friendly approach and introduction. We were left to view the suites at our leisure. We picked one we thought would be ideal and then spoke to our friendly salesman. He was very informative and really helpful, We left armed with all the information and dimensions we needed to make our decision. We returned to the store and spoke to our friendly salesman again and placed our order with him. We can not recommend him enough.

A great experience
The process was easy, enjoyable and personable.
Callum approached me warmly as I entered the store and asked could he assist but without being pushy or persistent.
I advised I needed to measure a sofa to make sure it fit and asked for advice on the buying process. Having previously seen the sofa I knew I wanted to commit to the purchase.
He offered me a seat and a drink and talked me through the buying process, delivery expectations, finance options and the sofa care package.
He helped to find a date that would be suitable for delivery and made me aware of delivery timescales.

My experience was very good walked round the shop found what I wanted called the assistant over Jack he filled the form in explained about the leather cleaning it and said it would take 8 to 12 weeks to deliver good service no one hassling you
